Enjoy endless Mammoth Mountain views from this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome situated in the highly sought after Snowcreek Phase 5 community! Relax in the comfort of a cozy gas fireplace and flatscreen TV with Roku and Cable, or barbecue on the balcony and entertain in the open floor plan of the kitchen area while soaking in the breathtaking mountain views that your friends and family will be swooning over. The home features a master suite both upstairs and downstairs with King beds, private bathrooms and flatscreen TVs, the upstairs bedroom even has a work desk (if you must while on vacation). The third bedroom features a Queen bed also with flatscreen TV. The living room upstairs has a dining area for 8 guests, and extra seating at the kitchen bar. Additional amenities include free WiFi, private washer/dryer in the laundry room, private 1-car garage, and feel free to bring Fido along to enjoy the great outdoors as this townhome is also pet-friendly (one pet allowed under 25 pounds)! This condo is located directly next to the community hot tub so you don't need to walk far for a soak. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, as 2 levels inside and approximately 6 steps to enter (garage entrance at ground level). All Mammoth Sierra Reservations guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes, 1 vehicle can park in the private garage, 1 in the driveway and there is guest overflow parking very close by next to the hot tub.     999 is a great value,the owners have kept the fees very low unlike most other rentals. The views are great and nicely located near the spa and extra parking. just few negatives: refrigerator door open switch broken, microwave turntable works sporadically, smoke detectors go on for no reason. Overall the appliances worked but need upgrading. The spa is functional but needs remodeling. Mammoth Reservation took care a few repairs in a timely manner so pretty impressed with them. Overall it's well worth staying here, I recommend it.

    The rental was barely satisfactory overall but in need of repair, e.g. broken fireplace, blinds and rocking chair, and attention, e.g. electric socket, light bulb, even prescription medicine from a prior guest in a drawer. Even though in Snowcreek V, same old story of owner collecting rent and disregarding proper maintenance.

    We had a great stay at Snowcreek V #999. The unit is spacious, bright and cheerful, and has a great view of the surrounding mountains from the deck. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and secluded. It's only a few minutes to town, the lakes, and other activities. We definitely want to come back and highly recommend this rental.

    Mammoth Reservations were extremely helpful in finding a condo that met our requirements and desires. The condo was everything we hoped it would be. When.we entered our condo about 9:00p.m. We found a fire alarm beeping, indicating the battery was low. We called the maintenance number not really expecting to get a response at that hour, but within 15 minutes someone showed up and fixed the problem. We definitely will rent again from Mammoth Reservations.

    My wife and I stayed three nights. The condo was clean and well maintained. Mountain View’s from the deck off the living room and living room are very nice. Open plan living room/kitchen is spacious. 5G Wi-fi was welcomed. Flat screen tv’s in all bedrooms and living room and wide range of tv channels was a nice feature. One bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs.

    We were so happy to bring our dog with us on vacation. Snowcreek can't be beat for Awesome Mammoth Experience, and renting from Mammoth Reservations is *way* more economical than renting from Snowcreek directly.

    The condo was worked out good for us, 2 kings and queen. Clean and well stocked. Garage too narrow for parking a car, which resulted in one parking space. Biggest complaint is checkin time 5pm, latest time I've ever seen. And then Mammoth Reservations never called to allow access, Had to call them so checked in after 5pm. Also 10am checkout is ridiculous especially with no late checkout request granted.

    This home is located in a great, tucked away tract. You don’t get any through traffic here. The backyard space is great for sledding and snowball fights! Our unit was clean and spacious with updated amenities ie spacious fridge, dishy, toaster oven, pull out tv, etc. We loved the high ceilings and openness of the home. The garage is great but just a little small for the larger SUVs. Overall fantastic experience!

    The place was adequately clean and organized as expected. It is a very nice 3 bed/bathroom cabin in a really good location, close to the village and infrastructure like grocery, etc...We enjoyed and would recommend to friends. Only negative point is the entrance porch lights not working.

    We rented this condo for a quick weekend trip to Mammoth. We stayed 2 nights. The condo was very nice with a lot of amenities. And it was pet friendly. The smoke from the fires came inside the condo especially when we had the heater blowing. The smoke smell was pretty strong. But aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

    Rental was clean, very roomy, and in a spectacular location. We went during the fires and it was so smoky. The area smelled like smoke and large pieces of ash were falling. For a few hours on two days the smoke cleared a little bit and the view looked spectacular. We want to go again
