Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This light and bright four-bedroom, three-bath property features beautiful vaulted ceilings, granite counters, and slate floors. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people with a King, Queen, 2 Twins and 2 sets of bunk beds easily accommodating two families to enjoy all Mammoth has to offer. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.   Overall good stay. The location is great, close to the village and walking distance to the gondola. The bunk beds and the twin beds were not comfortable and the back door is impossible to open and close. We also found dead mice in the cupboard where the pans were. They looked like they had been there for a long time on the trap.

  These VRs are great for what they are. They are clean, well located, and simple. They are often a little tired inside but that means they are reasonably priced compared to nearby properties. We ran out of hot water most days. But we managed. The on call team was wonderful, kind and prompt so I’m very appreciative

  This rental was perfect for my group's ski vacation. The location cannot be beat - 5 min walk from the gondola that takes you straight to the mountain! The unit itself had plenty of space, comfortable seating and beds, and a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare and eat meals together. Additionally, the management company was quick to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay.I would recommend this property.
