Gorgeous 4 bedroom + entertainment room, 3 bathroom townhome located right next to the Sierra Star golf course and minutes from the ski lifts. This spacious townhouse offers expansive living space across the 3 level home, including a beautiful entertainment movie room, with access to the private hot tub on the lower covered terrace plus outdoor dining area with gas grill on the upper covered terrace. The living area with gas fireplace and comfortable sectional becomes the great room of the home for family gatherings to watch the flatscreen TV or play some traditional board games that are stocked. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, all kitchen amenities you will need to prepare meals, and a dining area with seating for 8, with an additional 3 at the kitchen bar, allows you to host all of the family. The master suite upstairs on the 3rd level boasts a King bed, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower wet room and soaking tub, and walk-in closet and flatscreen TV. The second and third bedrooms on the main living area are perfect guest bedrooms both featuring a Queen bed, with a shared hall full bathroom with walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids on the lower level with a bunk bed with Twin on top, Double on the bottom. The entertainment movie room even has a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping, or use this room to relax and enjoy the 70" big screen, or use the home office to remote work or school if needed while vacationing. It can be great for kids and adults too! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a private washer/dryer, free wireless internet, and a private 2 car garage (garage clearance 7' 7"). The Woodwinds community is located nestled in the forest surrounding the Sierra Star Golf Course, but just a short drive to Eagle Lodge or the Village. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 11 people, one dog is permitted (additional pets on approval only) and no smoking in and around the property is permitted. There are approximately 10 steps to the front door access of the unit and there are 3 levels inside. Two additional vehicles can fit in the driveway. Our calendar is updated in real time.     Overall, our stay at Woodwinds 1265 was wonderful. The home was beautiful, clean and nicely decorated with a good location close to Eagle Lodge and the town. The kitchen was well-equipped and the hot tub was a huge plus. The only complaint we have is that with all the snow we received over a 5-day stay, they property management company only came to clear the driveway once, which caused the garage door to freeze to the driveway and come off the track.

    Great location, clean, everything worked, and small. Ten years ago that home was the best in the area, now it’s just average. Probably not going to stay there again based on price for what you are getting.

    Great place to stay! close to mountain and all the activities. great design and layout. Only call out is that there is no place to store your dry goods. had to utilize counter space and that does not leave a lot of room for food prep.
