Location, Location, Location! You can't beat the comfort and convenience of this modernized, chic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Huntington building. This spacious 1 bedroom sleeps 4 people, you are steps away from the lifts at Eagle Lodge and you can even bring the pup, making it all the more sweeter. Enjoy a full kitchen, stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals and dine-in around the beautiful crafted wood dining table with seating for 6. The living area offers a cozy wood burning fireplace, and large comfortable sectional to enjoy the Flatscreen Smart TV with cable. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, plus an additional Twin daybed. The living room offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. The upgraded bathroom has a separate vanity area, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The home has a kitted out mud area in the entry so you can store all your gear and keep it cozy, and of course complimentary WIFI. The complex offers heated underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"), so you can park the car and not worry about those snow storms! Amenities at the complex include a Jacuzzi, outdoor pool (Summer only), sauna, tennis court, fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, and Fire-pits with picnic areas. Located on the green shuttle route, and close to the walking town paths, this unit is not far from the center of town with coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store. This unit is pet friendly and 1 dog is permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot and a second outdoor on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Please note this unit is located on the first floor, there is no elevator access, stairs only.     Couch was comfortable, kitchen needs some upgrades. The extra single daybed in the bedroom is perfect for a kid. If you like the firmest mattress you've ever slept on, similar to sleeping directly on the ground, then this is the place for you.

    This condo is great. Great Location. The building however is dated and looking a bit run down. Also a neighbor was doing construction and his workers left quite a bit of mess. Glass was broke on the ground. I cleaning it to the side, to protect my dogs paws and other visitors. They also left a mattress right outside. So it kinda ruined the view. The neighbor was very nice, I just didn’t love being in the middle is a messy job site while on vacation. However I’m sure when construction is done it will be great!

    We enjoyed the condo for a 5 day stay in August to see the area and attend the Blues festival. The location is within a block of the festival shuttle stop at Eagle Lodge parking lot. The condo was updated with newer furniture and a remodeled bath. Located on the first floor in the middle of the building with average overall access. The bed was firm and comfortable. We didn't really cook, but the kitchen appeared stocked. Perfect for a couple or a family with small children.

    Super clean, nice place and 5 min walk to the lifts! Due to snow all our windows were blocked but, we kind of expected this coming up. Would definitely stay here againQ
