White oak flooring is laid throughout, showcasing a modern aesthetic and luxury feel. Cozy up together around the custom wood burning fireplace finished with Venetian plaster details on the surround, or settle in to watch a movie or catch the game on the large flatscreen smart TV. The home's gourmet kitchen features beautiful quartzite countertops, Viking gas stove and refrigerator, and Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawers. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals, or be the grill master at your private BBQ grill on the upper deck. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, with large family dining table with seating for 8, adjacent counter seating for 3, and large sliding glass doors that lead out to the oversized deck overlooking the golf course. Leading upstairs you will find the private, high-end primary suite with a King bed, Restoration Hardware furnishings and mountain views that create a peaceful setting to relax after a perfect day in the mountains. Work remotely from the suite's home office space or relax in front of the flatscreen smart TV. The attached en suite bathroom has been completely redone with luxury finishes including premium fixtures, double vanity, custom shower, large soaking tub and walk-in closet. On the lower level of the townhome is a den with gaming arcade (not just for the kids!), large 55” smart TV, and sleeper sofa couch. Additional comforts of this elegant mountain cabin include a separate laundry room with washer / dryer, and complimentary high speed WiFi throughout. Park in the two car private attached garage (garage clearance is 7' 6") plus driveway for one additional vehicle. With four bedrooms, three full baths and powder room over 3 levels, there is room to spread out, relax, and enjoy this exquisite mountain property. No smoking allowed, no pets, and a maximum of 12 people, and there are 8 steps to the front porch of the property. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The kitchen was stocked more than most rentals and the appliances are all top of the line. It was a joy to cook and grill there.
