  Extremely well appointed kitchen, this is from a big foodie that carries own spices and knives. I was impressed. Only issue with kitchen is there was no pantry to put food, all taken with dishes, etc. The furniture and paint are a little outdated but acceptable. Bed good, linens great. Couch ok.

  We had a wonderful time and loved the condo #207. Very clean, and kitchen was well stocked with great cookware. We enjoyed the fireplace every-night and watched some great football games.   Overall, we had a great time staying there. It was close to restaurants and shops, super close to Eagle Lodge. We had a little trouble finding the unit by using the navigation. Then we read the driving instruction the management sent us. We were able to find it eventually. And the wifi in the unit did not work. Other than that, everything else was great and convenient. We had a great time.

  we had an amazing trip. we stayed 8 days and the place is close enough to walk to eagle. kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. the place was very clean. it was spacious. comfortable king bed. the only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars across the board was because their wi-if was not too good and we had a kid in zoom school but we made due by buying a cable to use the broadband. didn’t have to contact management for anything so that’s always good. aside from the wi-if connection, this place was great.

Condo is described accurately but the second bedroom is more of a converted closet than a bedroom and does not fully close off from family room. OK for kids but not for adults.   This is a well maintained condo with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I have stayed in many different condos over the years and this was one of the only ones with a well stocked kitchen with everything for gourmet cooking. It was a pleasure to stay there and be able to make holiday meals without needing to buy spices or look for various cooking utensils. I would definitely stay here again.

  Upon entering the condo is very nice, though with no cross ventilation and no fans, on a warm day (which we had) it can get pretty warm inside. Kitchen is fabulously appointed, great to cook in. Once we had the sofa repaired the living room was great to relax in in the evenings. My only real complaint is that the complex itself is SO dark!. The pools and jacuzzis are open until 10 pm but you cannot see to get there. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to light the pathway and that was still dicey. I realize you don't want the light pollution up there, but you could put pathway lighting down on the ground, for safety sake. It gets very dark up there! Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable.

  Summit, apparently, is a number of properties. I've stayed there before and was able to walk across the street to the Eagle parking lot. This room was just a little bit further away and only walking distance for heartier souls, FYI. The one spa we found was green with algae!

  This was a great first vacation in Mammoth for our 3 children. They had a great time and they enjoyed the bunk bed in the den. The couch was a comfortable and cozy spot for all 5 of us during our down time. The cabin was a 3 minute drive to Eagle Lodge, which was exactly what we needed with 3 young children skiing/boarding all day. The shuttle bus stop was also practically right outside the door of the complex. Although we brought our own sleds, the rental had them available. A note to fellow travelers, if you want coffee, bring your own. We assumed there would be coffee in the unit and we lost on that bet. Other than that, it was well stocked and it had all the tools you'd need to make a meal. AND I LOVED THE DISHWASHER for cleanup duty! We would definitely keep this unit in mind for our next Mammoth vacation.

  We are a family of four. 2 adults, 2 kids. Condo had ample space and a very well equipped kitchen. Much better than most condos we have stayed in at Mammoth. Kids mini room had a tv too! kids really liked their space. Parents room was far enough away from kids room for peace and quiet. We walked to the lifts. It is about 1 block and a half away. Parking is underground so your car doesn't get iced over. Parking space is immediately at bottom of stairs, easy for loading and unloading.

  A few things, their were NO instructions on what to do upon our arrival. I got to the condo and there was no one there to explain the check in process. We called the number on the check in form and they instructed us to come down to their office and pick up the key. Not really a big deal, but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. There was also no check out procedure, I got a call from the office in the afternoon asking if we were still in the room, I told the office that I left both keys in the property and left. She was OK with the answer, but again some simply instructions would have been nice. Also both smoke detectors were beeping, they needed to have batteries replaced. We stayed at the property a few nights, it would have been nice to have the option of getting clean towels. All of these things are very minor, but I believe, worth noting. I would use your service again and refer others to you.

  Cute condo that was much roomier then expected. Updated furniture & new carpet. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The only downside was the short supply of towels. The only way to get clean towels was to drive to the main office and exchange them. We stayed a week and they exchanged them one time otherwise a fee is charged. I would stay here again and bring my own larger bath towels.
