This cozy one bedroom, one bathroom condo is set in a quiet wooded area of Mammoth. The unit features a wood-burning fireplace, cozy living area, full kitchen with bar seating for 3, complimentary WiFi, and flat screen TV with DVD player. The master bedroom has plenty of room to move around and features a Queen-sized bed and attached bathroom. The living room even has a pull out sofabed for extra guests. This unit is the perfect retreat for a family wanting to get away from it all. The community offers a quiet wooded neighborhood, with great complex amenities including an outdoor pool (Summer only), year-round hot tub, sauna, tennis court (Summer only) and public BBQ area complete with picnic tables and game of horseshoes. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people, comes with 3 outdoor parking spaces, and no pets or smoking is permitted. There are 2 stairs to this unit and 1 level inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes.   Great stay! We accidentally went to the wrong unit in a different building number and had a hiccup there so we had to contact the after hours emergency and he was super helpful to us and our problem. The unit is so nice, clean, and cute!!! We will definitely stay here again. So glad we found this place and can’t wait to book again. Everything about the unit was excellent.

  The apt is quite small, but really very cute! I stayed with my husband and it was perfect for 2! It has a renovated kitchen, bathroom and everything is clean. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen. I only wish they had provided more coffee lol. We stayed 2 nights, but there was only 1 pack of coffee. So we ended up buying the whole package for the next morning. Vons is very close though. Location is awesome, but almost anywhere in the city of mammoth will be close to everything, the city is not that big. I would recommend for a family with children, or a party of 3 adults, however I think it would not be that comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. Checking in and out was really easy - the office is 3 minutes away from apt and we picked up and dropped the keys within minutes.

  Stayed here early March 2019. Very nice condo. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated. Had everything I needed. It is a small unit but since it was just me it was fine. Could also work for a couple but definitely wouldn’t try to squeeze more than that in here. Property manager on site was so fantastic but I forgot his name. He helped me get my car out as I was snowed in by about a foot or 2 of snow. The green shuttle stop is not that close took me about 8-10min to walk there in the heavy snow. Goes to eagle lodge. Gotta catch different shuttles if you wanna get to the village or main lodge. The only thing I didn’t like is that the balcony was completely boarded up maybe due to the heavy snowfall this season but I couldn’t see outside and watch the snowfall. No natural light because of it. felt like I was barricaded inside. I still had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in this condo.

  Stayed here with 4 people total and it was OK. The main room is pretty large but the living room is a bit small. If you pull out the bed there isn't much space to hang out. Fridge is short and was set too cold when we were there (liquids began to ice). We didn't adjust it but it can probably be turned down a bit. The bathroom is clean but the tub's water lines are reversed (hot is cold and cold is hot) which caused a bit of initial confusion. Some of the outlets didn't seem functional and the heater on the wall wasn't funcitonal but the unit had a portable radiator style space heater that was somewhat OK.

  We stayed 3 nights during a sizable winter storm. Our family of 4 had no issues at all with the condo. The heater kept us plenty warm and the snow plow did a great job of clearing the parking lot. Perfect central location close to everything. The only negative was that the hot tub was not open due to heavy snow.
