  The condo was very nice as usual. However, there was quite a bit of pet hair on both couches and most all rugs, I do realize it is a pet friendly condo but, doesn't seem like the couches and floor had been vacuumed for a while.

  The condo is comfortable and offered a great stay. However, it does lack some essentials. For example, it only has one skillet but we did the best with what we had. Overall, the stay was great.

  This is a good place with perfect space for a group of 4. The furniture and amenities are quite dated, but the location is very close to Canyon Lodge making it easy to access the lifts. The fireplace with plenty of firewood is a nice touch for those cold winter nights. The heaters worked well.

  Cozy little spot to go with friends or family. There are a few problems with the place, but that’s a given considering the price.
  
  The refrigerator was not properly cooling, and when we arrived we noticed that the door would not completely shut (seems like the magnet on the door was worn out. Some of the knobs in the kitchen would come off the cabinets. There was a booger on the comforter in the queen bedroom. I was given the wrong keys when checking in so I had to wait about an 45 minutes to be brought the correct keys. Considering these issues I should’ve been more dissatisfied, but the mountain doesn’t let me feel down.

  Only issues with this property is the fan in shower area needs to be replaced, also the flouresant light above bath sink needs to be replaced, and lastly the refrigerator doesn’t get very cold and it leaks inside the fridge.

  Took a large group of my sons college friends to Mammoth for a snowboarding weekend. This was the perfect place to stay, lots of room and beds. Close walking to the Village.   I highly recommend the queen mattress be replaced in the bedroom. My wife does not ski and she has had enough of poor sleeping conditions. She is now unwilling to come with me in the future because the bed was so uncomfortable.

  We had a good time. It was just as we expected. Clean and pet friendly. Room for all of us. The first night we arrived after midnight and locked both keys inside. Louise the night shift emergency staff was very nice and friendly and was able to help. Thank you for a Wonderful stay.

  Everything was great but the owners need to plow or salt the driveway. It is a hill and was a sheet of ice the entire time. I slipped and fell, and I saw another guest run into the property sign with his car because it was so icey.
