This spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath townhome at Forest Creek combines a quiet wooded atmosphere with convenient access to town, Sierra Star Golf Course, the free shuttle and Mammoth's extensive multi-use trail system. Spread across two levels and comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests, the home features wood flooring, recent updates, vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to relax after a day of mountain adventures. Upstairs, the bright and open living area features soaring vaulted ceilings and a cozy wood-burning stove, perfect for warming up after a winter day on the slopes. Settle in for a movie on the large flatscreen TV or gather together for dinner and a relaxing evening at home. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals, with additional bar seating providing plenty of room for everyone to gather. Step outside onto the private upper-level deck, where you'll find a BBQ and space to enjoy outdoor dining, grilling, and the fresh mountain air during the warmer months. Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the entry level and each enjoys its own private bathroom. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed plus an additional twin bed and its own private bathroom, an ideal arrangement for families, couples, or friends traveling together. For added convenience, the home includes a private stacked washer and dryer. Forest Creek offers an excellent location for enjoying Mammoth year-round. The multi-use path runs right alongside the community, providing easy access for walking and biking, while Sierra Star Golf Course is nearby. The main shuttle stop is also just a short walk away, making it easy to leave the car behind and catch the free shuttle to Eagle Lodge, The Village and destinations throughout town. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. This two-level townhome accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. There are three steps to the entrance, and two outdoor parking spaces with two parking passes are provided.   The heater in the upstairs living room was permanently disabled, so we had to use the wood burning stove to keep the upstairs area warm. The kitchen seemed to be updated and was nice but the bathrooms could use an update. Over all the unit was cozy and comfortable. The complex was very well kept and in a great location near restaurants and shopping.

  The condo was a fine launching pad for my family's ski trip. The walk to the shuttle stop was 6-7 minutes (slight negative w. 3 kids in ski boots, but they managed well). It was nice being the 3rd stop from the resort - luckily the shuttle was never full by the time it reached our stop. We liked having the ski locker on the porch. The unit itself was fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. Paper goods were in good supply.
  
  Only a couple small negatives: the shower head in the primary bedroom was somewhere around 5'8", so at 6'2" I had to bend considerably to make it work. The twin bed frame did not seem secure and the mattress moved around a fair amount.
  
  Overall we found the unit to be a good value and we'd stay here again.

  We stayed in Mammoth, CA during ski week in February 2026, right in the middle of what felt like the “storm of the century” with 6 to 9 feet of snow in 4 days. Despite the extreme weather, the property performed incredibly well.
  
  The electricity and internet were consistent the entire time, which was essential since we needed to work and study remotely. The WiFi stayed strong throughout the storm.
  
  The unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of four. Having three bathrooms made mornings easy. The layout worked well, with two bedrooms downstairs and the living, dining, and kitchen areas upstairs. Once we figured out the heater and wood stove, the space was warm and cozy, and there was plenty of firewood provided.
  
  We loved how bright and sun filled the living area was with the curtains open. The beds were comfortable, there was ample storage, and having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack lighter. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, a coffee machine, a Keurig with starter pods, and a tea kettle.
  
  We had read in prior reviews that the cookware was worn, so we brought our own pan. The nonstick cookware provided is very worn and scratched and should be replaced. It appears previous renters may have put the nonstick pans in the dishwasher, which likely contributed to the wear.
  
  The maintenance crew was outstanding. They kept parking and walkways cleared during the storm, even though cars, including ours, were buried in snow. They also shoveled snow off the balcony afterward.
  
  The shuttle stop is walkable, though we chose to get dropped off with ski gear. There is access to the Athletic Club, though we did not use it. Note there is no BBQ in winter.
  
  Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again, especially knowing the property is reliable even during extreme weather.

  Great place for family to stay. It's conveniently located and easy to park near the property. They have games for the family in the cabinet under the TV. It was fine for us, but important to note- the property doesn't have the TV logged into any services, but it wasn't a problem for us. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms. We stayed during winter and arrived late at night and the the place was extremely cold and took most of the night to warm up from the set temperature of 55 degrees. Kitchen is spacious , but cookware is very worn and scratched and should be replaced. We would book this place again, but bring our own cookware, if it hasn't been replaced yet.

  Charming little condo in a great location! Perfect for families with little ones that want to play in the snow able to go back inside the house. Parking is steps away from the unit. Rooms are located downstairs and large family room kitchen is upstairs. Condo has washer and dryer in it so drying clothes is there if needed! Would definitely stay here again!!

  This townhouse is in a quiet area near the golf course and was a great stay for a family of four. It has two bedrooms with ensuites downstairs, as well as a hallway with space for boots and coats. Upstairs is a large living room, kitchen, and another bathroom. TV and wifi worked well. Yes, the jacuzzi is real, and is in a kind of glassed-in balcony. All the rooms were warm and cozy, warmer still once we had the stove going (plenty of firewood provided, although the provided firelighters didn’t work well.) The house is clean and tidy and not cluttered, although some of the furniture and the stair carpets are starting to look worn. After hours key pick up was easy, and the staff in the office were very nice when we dropped off the keys. I’ll use Mammoth Sierra again, and would stay here again.

  Experience was nice and comfortable for two adults and five youth. Place is extremely warm, even at low heat. Hot tub takes about two hours to heat up. Place was clean and close to Vons and other cool things for the kids to do.

  Absolutely LOVE the jacuzzi in the unit! What a great idea! I never use the jacuzzi at other facilities because it's too cold to walk out to a jacuzzi and sit with a bunch of people you don't know. This was super easy! I actually enjoyed the jacuzzi this time! You can also see beautiful sunsets over the mountain from it.
