With room for up to 14 guests, a private hot tub, spacious gathering areas and a quiet mountain setting, this is a fantastic choice for large families and groups. Completely remodeled from top to bottom, the home features new flooring throughout, an updated kitchen, and beautifully renovated bathrooms. The main living level boasts vaulted ceilings and a spacious open floor plan, creating the perfect place for everyone to gather. Cozy up around the wood-burning fireplace after a day on the mountain or enjoy a family meal together at the dining table with seating for 10. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and essentials you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes to dinner for the entire group. One of the highlights of the home is the private outdoor hot tub with gorgeous mountain views. Whether you're soaking tired muscles after a day of skiing or relaxing beneath the mountain sky after a summer hike, it’s the perfect way to end the day. The home offers a great bedroom configuration for multiple families. The primary suite features a Queen bed and private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a Queen bed and private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature a Queen bed and share an updated bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the spacious loft makes an ideal retreat for kids or traveling singles, offering six Twin sleeping spaces, a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed plus two additional Twin beds, each with a Twin trundle underneath. A fourth bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located at the bottom of the loft stairs. The location is hard to beat. During winter, you’re steps from the slopes near Eagle Lodge, making mornings on the mountain easy. In the warmer months, enjoy convenient access to Mammoth’s hiking, biking, golf and endless outdoor recreation. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months.   Overall it was a great experience. Check-in was smooth. Common area in kitchen, dining and living area was spacious and fortunately because the condo is set up for a large group there were plenty of dishes, flatware, and glasses. Only complaint was that the beds in the loft were pretty bad. Even kids complained of bad mattresses, stained sheets, horrible pillows, etc.

  Bridges 15 was perfect for our group. The California stay-at-home order leading up to our stay was concerning, but Mammoth Sierra Reservations was super communicative and the order was lifted right before our trip.
  
  At the time of booking, I knew the Townhome was super close to Eagle Lodge, but I didn't realize it was ski in/out until we arrived. It snowed almost 9 feet the week before our stay, so I'm not sure how easy it is with less snow. To access the slopes, you walk maybe 500 feet down the street (downhill getting to the slopes, uphill on the way home) and then hike up a small hill (down on the way home) which was tiring but not impossible for anyone in our group of skiers/snowboarders of all levels. Once you get up that hill it drops you right at the end of the Bridges run, before it meets Lupin run on the way down to Eagle Lodge. It was life-changing to not have to get in the car every day!
  
  The house was also great on the inside- plenty of room for our group of 10 to spread out and a very large hot tub on the deck just outside of the master bedroom were our favorite features.
  
  The kitchen was well-stocked, but we wished there were more baking sheets and bowls to eat out of- nothing we couldn't improvise though. Everyone in our group commented on how flat the bed pillows were, so definitely recommend bringing your own if you can. Some of mattresses in the upstairs loft were quite worn as well.
  
  Also noteworthy- we had more than three cars but there is a first-come, first-served guest parking bay next to the unit where we were able to put one of our cars for the weekend with a parking pass received with our keys.
  
  Overall, this is a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again myself and highly recommend to others- the location can't be beat!

Close enough to Yosemite/Tuolumne Meadows so we were able to enjoy every other day there.   Four families (14 adults and teens/pre-teens) had a great experience. There was plenty of room for all of us. Our two biggest issues were the screens and handles on the windows which made it difficult to keep the bugs out but let the fresh mountain air in. The kids were not happy with the mattresses for the loft and most did not sleep well. A smoke alarm was chirping in the middle of the night. When we investigated we found that the batteries had not been changed since 2018 (definitely need to make this a priority). Overall, though, the space was nice and clean, the rental company was effective and if they make improvements to the items mentioned above, we would definitely stay here again.

Some minor things smoke detector was beeping for low battery, I called Mammoth Sierra about the problem and it was never fixed annoying to sleep with beeping. They could use some larger frying pans. Like I said pretty minor problems, the condo is great and we would still rent it again.

  We really enjoyed the stay, the views of the mountains & trees are really nice. We liked how each of the 4 bedrooms had queen beds. It can get a little hot in the loft during summer time as this unit does not have AC, but we requested for a few fans that worked well enough. We had an issue with the Jacuzzi not being clean, but they came and fixed it the next day and apologized for it. Overall the unit was clean and comfortable.

  We had such a great time on our 3 day stay at this house. We had 11 adults in our group and never felt crowded. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished with amazing mountain views.
  The hottub was wonderful and felt so good after a long day of snowboarding. The slopes were just minutes away which allowed us to come home for lunch.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. Overall, just wonderful and we would definitley stay there again! The highlight of our trip was finding a bear climbing into the backseat of our car as we were unloading our luggage and grociers on the first day! So exciting - but might want to keep you car doors closed! :)

  The pictures describe the location perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the pots/pans/items needed to cook and bake. The heated tile bathroom floors were amazing, along with the hot tub on the back porch. The one huge downfall was that the heat did not work on the bottom floor where two of the bedrooms are located, making it pretty cold and difficult to sleep at night.
