Gather the whole family for an unforgettable Mammoth getaway in this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom + loft, 4-bathroom townhome, ideally located just steps from the slopes near Eagle Lodge. Sleeping up to 14 guests and featuring spectacular Sherwin Mountain views, a private hot tub, multiple gathering spaces and two primary suites. This spacious home is made for memorable mountain vacations. The main living area takes full advantage of the incredible setting, with beautiful mountain views right from the couch. After a day of adventure, cozy up around the gas fireplace on one of the two comfortable sofas, catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or gather around the additional dining/game table for cards and family game night. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse-style sink and everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. The adjacent dining area seats eight, with additional bar seating for three. Prefer to cook outside? Fire up the private gas BBQ grill and enjoy the mountain setting. One of the many highlights of the home is the private outdoor hot tub, located on the back deck, the perfect place to unwind after skiing, hiking, or biking while taking in the crisp mountain air. With bedrooms spread throughout the multi-level floor plan, there is plenty of space and privacy for larger groups. The home features two primary suites. The first offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, direct access to the private hot tub and a beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower. The second primary suite also features a King bed, flat-screen TV and updated private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the fourth bedroom offers a Queen bed with a Twin trundle. An additional updated full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located on the lower level. Upstairs, the loft creates a fun retreat for the kids, complete with two Twin beds, an additional Twin trundle, and its own flat-screen TV. A fourth full bathroom with a shower is located on the entry level. A private washer and dryer add the convenience of home and make this property especially well suited for extended stays and active mountain vacations. Whether you're visiting for skiing and snowboarding in winter or hiking, mountain biking and outdoor adventures in summer, the location puts you right in the heart of the Mammoth experience. Your stay also includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, plus racquetball and basketball courts. During the summer, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. This townhome accommodates a maximum of 14 guests and includes two outdoor parking spaces in the driveway. The home has four levels inside, with no stairs required to enter the main entrance level.   The view from this property is so nice in the morning and sunset! The property was clean and spacious. There is plenty of rooms and bathrooms. There are stairs though. Our youngest were 2.5yo so the stairs were fine. The property is close to the lakes and close enough to Vons. We had a great time. The garage did not fit any of our SUVs but we were able to fit in the driveway.

  Overall the property was in very good condition. Outfitted with everthing required for a comfortable stay. However, some windows were not operable and the HVAC setpoint (set to High) needed to be adjusted by maintenance (both fixed within a couple hours of calling M.Reservations, good response). Additionally, there was a persistent smell of whatever was cooked in the unit previously, noticable upon our first entry and throughout the stay, in the unit (did not go away by opening the windows). Would stay at the Bridges location again.

  We had 9 people in our group coming and going and this place had bedrooms that accommodated the single people as well as all the couples. There were plenty of nice clean bathrooms to where we did not run into issues with getting ready or having to wait for people using the restrooms. The view was great, and would be even more spectacular if the trees were covered in snow. The location is great ski in ski out for Eagle Lodge but the lodge closed just before we arrived. But we would definitely come back to Bridges 5 for a good ski in ski out trip. Overall the property was in great condition and included a 1 car garage. We did have an issue with the hot tub and some peeling pans when we were trying to cook but Mammoth Reservations said that the pans would be replaced. Mammoth Reservations were very attentive to our needs and were thorough in their communications when we booked the property and we were able to get the keys fairly easily.

  Hello-
  Great location & overall good experience. A few things were problematic. The front door knob fell off, but maintenance came the next day and fixed it. Neither of the king rooms had locks on the doors for privacy, and the heat did not seem to work in the left bedroom on the bottom floor. Aside from that, the location wa perfect, the unit was clean and the location, off of Eagle, was perfect. It's great for a large family and we've been coming to the Bridges condos for years now. This unit was particularly good because it had 2 king rooms.

  Loved the space. Kitchen amenities were fantastic. The dishwasher did not work reliably. The dryer also did not work. The dryer would run but there wasn't any heat so the clothes didn't dry. I am very surprised there were no bicycles available for guests to use. That would have elevated our experience substantially. We really needed more light in the bottom floor rooms. The hot tub balcony had no lights and the lights on the hot tub itself did not work. So overall a positive experience but there are some fixes that are needed around the house.

  Ellen from Mammoth Reservations was very helpful with problems we encountered. Maintenance came out when we discovered tv remotes batteries were dead. The biggest issue was we had no stove to cook with. One burner on stove top worked. Oven did not heat at all. We went to restaurants instead.
  We stayed in the master bedroom with a new tv we could not use as it required a passcode. This should be rectified. Also some broken window shades should be replaced. Lovely, comfortable home and loved the art and accessories. Well equipped in the kitchen except the stove. I really believe we should receive some compensation for restaurant expense.
