Free, underground, reserved, parking (secured) & elevator make wintry arrivals easy. As a guest in the elegant Silver Bear complex, you'll enjoy a clubhouse with indoor hot tub, sauna and lounge area with foosball table. There is also an outdoor plunge pool and summer-use BBQ grill. Sunshine streams in through large windows and warms this upper-level, corner condominium. Lovely mountain modern decor is updated, inviting and comfortable. Snuggle up in front of a warm fire in the impressive river rock fireplace after a fun day playing in the mountains. The new 65 inch Sony 4K TV is perfect for a quiet night in. The generous, well-appointed kitchen with granite counters, large breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances provides the perfect opportunity to whip up gourmet meals. An open dining area comfortably accommodates six for dinner. Ideal for two couples or a small family, the two spacious bedrooms feature king size beds with comfortable, memory foam Viscosy mattresses, updated, en-suite baths, new flat screen TV's, and plush leather reading chairs. In-home laundry, boot & glove dryer and ski equipment storage room and high speed WiFi are added conveniences that make your Mammoth vacation even more enjoyable. There is even a Pack-n-Play for your little one, one less thing for you to bring! The Silver Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. Enjoy a heated underground parking garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd floor. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.   We really like this condo and particularly appreciate that it is a max of four people and no many condo rentals have clearly been used as party houses and the wear and tear is extreme. Only downside, the management company doesn't pay close attention to things like replacing dishes or fixing small things like towel holders that are loose.

  Great space, ease of underground parking is great! Walk to the slopes! The Nest thermostat was locked and I was unable to turn off the charm noise that signalled every time the heat went on/off or both. This was an annoyance during the night. Please have the owner turn off the audible sounds of the Nest thermostat. No pepper in the spice rack, but every thing else for seasong available. 4 coffee mugs, could resupply the quantity of coffee mugs and glass water glasses to decrease frequency of running the dishwasher during the stay. Kitchen is well stocked, appliances reliable, bathrooms and bedrooms comfortable and water pressure is good. Thank you for the stay. The fireplace is a great amenity that we enjoyed gathering around during our stay.

  Beautiful condo in a quiet location. We have been staying at Silver Bear for our annual summer vacation the last 20 years. Love the fact there is an elevator for elderly parents. This particular condo unit was our first stay and will not hesitate to stay here again! Very clean and well stocked for cooking. The site did indicate play n' pack for our infant which was not in the condo but the management was quick to respond & delivered one to the unit.

  Great location! Great unit for two couples with two en-suite masters. Nicely renovated and upgraded. Housekeeping could be a bit better....two used bath towels were left hanging in one of the bathrooms. Otherwise, a very comfortable place to stay within walking distance to Canyon Lodge.

  My husband and I stayed at this condo last week for a 6 night stay for our January ski trip. The condo met our expectations based on the previous reviews and photos online. A couple of odd occurrences were the fact that when we checked into the condo, there was someone else's clothing wadded up in one of the dresser drawers in the bedroom, and it was most likely not the owners. Along with that was the fact that the ski locker we were supposed to use for this unit in the garage also had someone else's equipment in it! Therefore, we were not comfortable leaving our own gear in the locker overnight. We felt like the security was lacking in that regard! On a final note, the condo had a musty, funky smell when we first walked in. I simply opened up the windows for 20 minutes while we loaded luggage inside. But housekeeping could step up their technique and spray a pleasant room spray upon completion of cleaning from a previous guest.
  Overall, however, a nice condo, great location within walking distance (even with ski boots on) to the lift, nicely appointed kitchen, and bedrooms with comfortable beds and full size bathrooms.

  Just as a suggestion for the condo complex (not for the specific apartment where we stayed), it could be valuable to cover the external parking area so that cars parked outside don't get submerged by snow. Thanks for a great stay!

  Beautiful house. Well stocked, fit our family of four plenty. Great location, a couple minute walk to the slopes. The big negative was the check in hours. At this price, it’s hard to lose a whole day but we couldn’t check in until 5 (despite an early check in request) and had to check out by 10 am. You lose a whole day.

I wasn’t sure how I would like the parking garage but it was secure enough that we were able to leave gear in the bed of my F-150 instead of having to haul it in every night. We enjoyed walking to Canyon to ski, taking the gondola at Canyon to get to the village, hopping on the bus to get around town (the bus stop is conveniently a few buildings down) and walking to the jacuzzi on the property in the evenings.   Silver Bear #37 was just the perfect fit for our family. It is a five minute walk from Canyon, a shuttle stop is 5 feet away and the condo is beautiful and relaxing. Having underground parking was great when it snowed and the condo was easy to entertain in. We had a great vacation and enjoyed this beautiful spot!

  Beautiful condo. The condo is perfect in every way. It isn’t has an elevator to get your bags from the basement. The inside of the condo was beautifully appointed, upgraded appliances in the kitchen, do you have to be careful to make sure the refrigerator door shots. The only downer in the kitchen was the lack of an icemaker. The bedrooms were great. It is only set up for two couples i.e. for people. It only has two master suites. The unit even has a boot and glove warmer/dryer. The bathrooms are also excellent. One is smaller than other but more than adequate it with two sinks. One has a big walk in shower with the rain shower head. It does lack of you unless you like looking into your neighbors windows. The walk to the slopes is somewhat annoying, but not terminal. It is a pill in both directions but not severe. You need to get a ski locker to leave your skis at Canyon Lodge. The lockers and become ridiculously expensive, unfortunately. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
