This slopeside 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Mammoth Mountain condo offers a fantastic location just a short walk from Eagle Lodge, making it an ideal mountain getaway for skiing, hiking, biking and year-round adventures. The comfortable living room features a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with custom stonework, plenty of seating, and two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space. Relax by the fire after a day on the mountain or enjoy a movie with the TV and DVD player. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included. Just off the living room, a sliding glass door opens to a cozy enclosed patio with peaceful forest views, a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or take in the surrounding winter scenery. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals at home, along with a dining area that comfortably seats up to six guests. A convenient mudroom at the entry provides plenty of space for storing boots, jackets, and mountain gear. The primary bedroom features a comfortable California King bed and flat-screen TV. The attached private bathroom includes an additional separate vanity area, providing extra space for getting ready. Aspen Creek offers the convenience of underground garage parking (7,1" clearance) and elevator access to the unit, so there’s no need to shovel snow or navigate stairs. The complex also features an outdoor pool, year-round hot tub, and sauna. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 guests and includes one underground garage parking space (7,1" clearance) with a second parking space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are provided with one parking pass. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options. For added convenience, there are no stairs inside the condo or required to access the unit, with elevator access available from the underground garage. No pets and no smoking permitted.   This condo is conveniently located near Eagle Lodge at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort, within walking distance of Chair 15. The condo has everything you will need to enjoy your vacay, from kitchen appliances to hair dryer and humidifier. It offers covered parking and guest parking outside. the contactless check-in/out made things even easier.
  My children suffer from dust mite allergies, so I was initially concerned about them sleeping on a sofa bed. However, the place was spotless, and they didn't have any allergy attacks at all. We truly appreciate the cleanliness of this place.

  Overall, this is a nice 1 BR condo. Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, but a bit dated. The sun room is a small, welcoming space. The photo suggests a bright and airy space, but this space is not. It is DARK, with the coal-colored fireplace stones sucking all the light out of the living room. The unit should put an internet connected TV in the living room for guests to watch their favorite channels. The CD and DVD players just don't cut it in the 21st century.
  
  Beware that there is ongoing construction on the property as of October 2024 even though the advertisement for this unit says it is SUMMER construction. I guess Mammoth only has two seasons - SKI and SUMMER.

  We had everything we needed and loved the location. Clean and organized with very comfortable bed. We did have one issue when my family needed to rest during the day and for 2 days straight we had workers banging and drilling just outside our windows -& easily able to look into our apartment, so I wish I had known they were doing construction.

  I would recommend to get a new mattress for the couch bed. My 14 years old had a hard time with the metal bars, he felt them in his back....he had a hard time sleeping.

  The unit was fine, though a little tired. The reservation system was fine until we arrived. In order to access the unit, you have to download an app which if you don’t know ahead of time is a challenge. The app then says you have to go to another location to get your keys. Why wasn’t this information part of the reservation system? There was another family arriving at the same time with the sam issue.Please update your system to email directions—not everyone has service to download an app at the last minute.
  
  Finding the unit was another challenge— it is not obvious which building one is in nor how to find the unit, let alone parking-particularly when you are arriving late at night.
  The unit was fine, but the hallway access was under construction. One of the hot tubs was not hot, but the other one and sauna were fine.

  Home was clean & perfect for a small family. I liked that there was a separate "mud room" area for snow gear. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable & the hot tub was absolutely amazing after a long day of snowboarding & had the most gorgeous view at sunset! The only thing that was disappointing was there were no extra towels provided for use after the hot tub (even though the informational binder in the home states that additional towels would be left in the bedroom). I messaged the property management company & they said extra towels were not provided. We made do and shared a towel, but when its freezing outside it was definitely not ideal. So BYOT (bring your own towels)! Still giving 5 stars because everything else was great!
