The upper level has been thoughtfully redesigned to create a bright and spacious gathering area with a large open kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living room all flowing together. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, while the dining table seats eight, perfect for gathering after a day of mountain adventures. As a southwest-facing corner unit, the home enjoys plenty of natural light along with beautiful mountaintop views. Also upstairs is the primary suite, featuring a King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom, providing a comfortable retreat away from the additional bedrooms. Downstairs, the redesigned floor plan offers a roomy entry area and three additional bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms each feature a Queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is a great setup for kids or additional guests with a Twin-over-Full Euro-style bunk bed plus an additional Twin bed. Two full bathrooms are located downstairs, along with an additional separate vanity area, making busy mornings much easier for larger groups. Other thoughtful upgrades include energy-efficient windows, a custom barn door concealing the laundry area, and plenty of space for everyone to settle in comfortably. Tucked into a quiet corner of the complex away from the main roads, you can enjoy a peaceful mountain setting without sacrificing convenience. The free Red Line shuttle is just a one-minute walk away, providing easy transportation toward The Village and Mammoth Mountain. You’re also conveniently located near Mammoth Creek Park, the shops and restaurants along Old Mammoth Road, The Bowling Alley, Ice Rink and the local trail system. After a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Mammoth, take advantage of the complex hot tub and sauna for a relaxing end to the day. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club.   Loved this condo location and was great for 7 adults, two babies,and pup. Condo was spacious enough and the kitchen was easy to cook in. Beds seemed comfortable. Wish the unit was slightly cleaner my socks were filthy from walking around the unit in just one day. I appreciate the upgrades and would love to stay here again next summer.

  The unit was perfect for our family and comfortably fit 7 of us. Walking distance to Vons, Starbucks, great pizza, Distant Brewing, and the Trolley stop! The kitchen was well-stocked, bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and it was great having a washer and dryer downstairs. My only request is if the unit doesn't have AC (which in Mammoth isn't usually needed) that the windows open properly with screens that are latched in all the way, and have functioning cranks. We couldn't open all the windows and it did get a little warm during the day. But...we'd definitely stay here again!

  The unit was recently remodeled, and the process is not quite complete. The hot and cold water in the bathroom sinks were reversed in two of the sinks with the hot on the right instead of the left. The toilet roll holders had not yet been installed. There are garages in many of the units, but this one did not have one and that would’ve been convenient because we had five electric mountain bike's that needed to be recharged at night. But overall, it worked well for us.

  Unit was nice and clean. The refrigerator was clean and empty but did not seem to keep items as cold as we wanted. Ice maker did not work so a few more ice trays would have been nice. Lastly, would have like a drying rack for dishes. Washing machine and dryer were very nice.

  Chateau number 6 was good. It has everything you need to host a group of 10 people. The place was impeccable and clean. It would be worth it to look into the hot water situation as we ran out of hot water daily and a lot of us could not take hot showers coming back from the slopes. Would also be good to have the chimney swept as fire would die very fast without enough air reaching it. We are mentioning this to make it even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The service from the rental agency was very good and the snow removal crew is awesome; they had a lot to do with us surviving snowmageddon 2021 :-)

  Based on the reviews we were a bit skeptical of this place, but when we arrived we found that this place was really nice! We had a great time and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It’s super close to town, literally a block from restaurants and the grocery store. We couldn’t find the amenities that were described, but we didn’t need them anyway. It is super great for having pets too. Our dog had a great time. My only problem was trying to contact the property management. They weren’t very responsive when I tried to email them about something minor, but I would recommend staying here!

  Enjoyed our stay and place generally met our expectations. Things were remodeled, but the pictures make it seem brand new. Don’t get me wrong, the place was very nice, but not as modern as it may seem. Great layout with bedroom and space. Thermostats in every room which was amazing. Only complaint was a light fixture that kept flashing in the downstairs bathroom (like a strobe light non stop — and property management could not fix while we were there), and the floors looked clean but were filthy (turned our bare feet black immediately when walking on them).
