This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features many wonderful touches beginning with the spacious enclosed patio at the entry way. Once inside you will feel right at home with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, a spacious open floorplan, private washer/dryer, 2-car garage, outdoor balcony with gas grill and views of Mammoth Mountain, wood-burning fireplace, and don't forget to bring Fido to enjoy it as well...this home is also pet-friendly!

The open plan kitchen is perfect for entertaining with custom countertops, stainless steel appliances and a bar that opens to the dining area with plenty of seating for all. All three bedrooms are on the main living level upstairs. The master bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and shower, walk-in closet and a separate make-up vanity area for prepping for a night out in Mammoth. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with a bunk bed with two twin beds.

This home will make your special occasion the perfect memory. All Mammoth Sierra Reservations guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 people. There is one step to the home and two levels inside. This unit is non-smoking and yes pets are permitted. There are 2 parking spots inside the double garage, and one more vehicle can park in front of the garage on the drive. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for nearby alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS CONSTRUCTION NEARBY (Monday-Friday) AND YOU MAY EXPERIENCE NOISE DURING YOUR STAY. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 some complex facilities and amenities may not be available.     Fantastic property at a choice location. The townhome is nicely appointed with all the creature comforts and great space to spread out. Awesome fireplace, lovely kitchen, living room and bedroom/bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be back for many more stays. Thank you for allowing our chocolate lab, this is a real plus and greatly appreciated. The attached garage is the cherry on top, especially on those cold mornings...the car stays nicely warm inside. Notes for next time to bring, or possible additions, provide a couple of more kitchen utility knives (bread and steak knives)...otherwise a solid 5-star unit!
