Beautifully remodeled and tucked into a quiet corner of the Forest Creek community, this spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit townhome combines modern mountain style with a peaceful forest setting. With a private hot tub, cozy pellet stove, outdoor deck and room for up to 6 guests, it's an inviting retreat for families and friends in every season. Step inside to a warm, updated interior with cozy cabin-inspired finishes and plenty of space to settle in. The inviting living room features a large flatscreen TV, comfortable seating, complimentary WiFi, and a pellet stove that's perfect for warming up after a day on the mountain. Step outside onto the private deck to take in the beautiful wooded surroundings. With outdoor seating and a gas grill, it's a great spot for morning coffee, an afternoon BBQ, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. One of the home's best features is the private hot tub on the enclosed back patio. After skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Mammoth, come home and enjoy a relaxing soak surrounded by the peaceful forest setting, no shared complex hot tub required! The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and private en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is especially well suited for families, offering a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed and its own en-suite full bathroom. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. This two-level townhome accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. There are four steps to the entrance, and two outdoor parking spaces with two parking passes are provided. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options. Please note: For security purposes, the property has a doorbell camera monitoring the exterior front entrance. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.   Lovely place to stay. Clean with endless utilities. Not far from both supermarket and the village. Very comfy bed and lovely to have your own hot tub. Check in very easy (arrived late and had access code to get your keys). Would definitely stay again

  The spa needs water to be drained, and the coffee in the cabinet was two years past its expiration date. Other than that, it's a great place and we enjoyed our stay.

  Great stay. It had everything we needed. Condo had enough space with plenty of kitchen appliances. Loved how they had 3 full bathrooms. Location is convenient, only cons were that the hot tub had way too much Chlorine so we couldn't use it and the floors could have been a bit more clean.

  Very happy with this condo and the rental experience! Perfect size for my family of five. A short walk to the Green Line shuttle to take us to and from Chair 15 (Eagle.) Quiet, cozy, clean, and well-appointed, with lots of thoughtful, personal touches to make us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

    First, we would like to thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. During your stay we did try to assist by sending our maintenance team to address the concerns reported and offer solutions. But unfortunately, this was a deeper issue and needed a plumber unfortunately in this small town is so hard to get a plumber for an ER in such short time notice, we called them left voicemails and no response until1 day later. We are sorry to hear that they were not able to resolve the issues. But as of right now a plumber is already scheduled, Our apologies for the inconvenience caused during your stay.   My fiancé and I rented this for a long weekend. The home is VERY clean and so homey. You can tell they’ve updated some areas and it looks fantastic. The beds are seriously the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The complex this time is in is quiet and beautiful. All around A++ from me and my fiancé. Will 100% be booking again. Did not want to leave!

  This rental was more than I could have expected. It was clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. As someone that prefers to cook, I found that I had all of the items needed and more. Knives were sharp solid quality, and there were enough dishes that we didnt have the run the washer every night. The hot tub was set on a timer, so we were able to come back to a warm tub after a day on the slopes, and they had more ways to make our coffee than I have at home. These may seem like little things, but it's all the little things that made the trip comfortable and enjoyable. There wasn't a single thing that left us feeling inconvenienced or going "oh, i wish we had ___". The location was close to gear rentals, grocery stores, and the main mountain. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
