After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the cozy living area by the propane fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV. The dining table comfortably seats four, and the unit sleeps up to six guests. Located in the highly desirable Mammoth Estates community, you’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. This is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether you're visiting in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and outdoor fun. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to two unassigned outdoor parking spaces. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes.   The rental was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was recently updated. The only complaint I have is that the couches were saggy, and not very comfortable.

  The location was excellent, a short walk to the village. Easy parking. The condo has been updated but could use a few improvements to get to five stars.
  
  - TV in the living room's picture needs adjusting (despite multiple attempts, couldn't get the entire image on the screen without making it 75% of the size).
  - Deck railing is falling off
  - No chairs on patio
  - Floors and couches! are squeaky!

  We came here for Labor Day weekend. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed to prepare meals. The restaurant waits were incredibly long due to COVID-19. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.
