This beautiful, recently remodeled, spacious corner townhome offers everything to make your Mountain vacation the best yet! Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. In the Village, walk to shops, dining, coffee and more and in the Summer there is a packed schedule of fun Summer festivals for all. This 4 bedroom and 3 bath property features split over 2 levels offers a spacious floorplan with upgrades throughout. Enjoy stone counters, stainless steel top of the line appliances, hard wood floors, vaulted ceilings and Gas fireplace offers a cozy but upgraded experience. The kitchen is fully stocked so you have everything you need to prepare family meals, and enjoy the dining area which seats 8. Get cozy in the living room on the comfortable sectional and enjoy the gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Upstairs the first bedroom features a Queen bed with access to a shared hall bathroom with walk in shower. On the lower level are the remaining three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed and private en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a Queen while the third bedroom has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds offering sleeping for 4 and access to the shared hall bath with tub/shower combo. This home offers a private / washer dryer to provide all the comforts of home. On the upper level a private semi covered balcony with seating and gas BBQ allows time to enjoy grilling! A mud room in the entry way provides space to store all your gear. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people is non-smoking and is not pet friendly. The Mammoth Estates community offers excellent amenities with year-round covered hot tubs, an outdoor pool (Summer only), and a recreation room that will entertain the kids for days featuring pool table, ping pong table, games and more. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.     We loved this unit. It was nicely updated, has fans in all bedrooms, and importantly doesn't get direct sun into the unit when we were there in July. this makes a huge difference in temperature. The unit next door was very hot. I would rent this place again.

    My family and I had a great time in Mammoth. The condo we rented at Mammoth Estates worked great for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues with the condo. The sliding window screen and one of the bedroom window screens were missing, the dryer wasn't working, and there was no remote for the upstairs TV. We notified Mammoth Reservations about the missing screens, and they told us they would have to get approval from the owners to replace them, the other issues were not really a priority for us. It gets pretty hot in the summer and not being able to open the windows was not an option for us, so I purchased some screen material and tape to make up some temporary screens. I also fixed the dryer start switch. I shouldn't have to spend my time and money to fix these things, not at the premium cost to rent these condo's.

    We stayed with another family who has 4 kids ranging in age from 17 to 11 plus our 2 kids. Plenty of space and walking distance to the village gondola. House was well equipped with more than enough coffee cups, plates, and cookware. Highly recommend this place.
