Designed with families in mind, the home features a comfortable two-story layout with plenty of room to unwind. The upper level boasts an open-concept living space with a cozy propane fireplace, large sectional sofa and dining area for six. Just off the kitchen, a bonus den provides the perfect spot to relax with a book, enjoy your morning coffee, or create a fun space for kids. This area also includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on this level. Downstairs, all three bedrooms offer a quiet retreat. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for children with two twin beds and games. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located in the hallway. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo is just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, giving you easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife, skiing and mountain biking without the noise of being directly in the center of it all. A shuttle stop across the street provides convenient transportation throughout town. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness facility. Enjoy an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full gym, fitness classes, and courts for racquetball and basketball.   We really liked staying here. It is very close to the Village gondola.
  The unit is cozy, but very dark, I would advise to have better lighting.
  Also I would advise to have a bit more utensils, it has the exact number of people allowed in the home.

  Everything worked. The kitchen had utensils and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The condo was nicely decorated. It is a little bit of a walk to the Village wearing ski boots and carrying skis. Snowboarders would have no problem.

  Clean and well-outfitted place. Great location to walk to village and Blue Line. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The community jacuzzi was having heating and jet issues and did not appear very clean.

  #122 is a two-story townhouse. It's located in the middle of the complex, and can be hard to find the front door (do a search for a Mammoth Estates map). The place is spacious with 3 bedrooms and comfortable beds; however, the pullout sofa is in bad shape for sleeping. There is only one TV to share in the living room. Dining table seats 6, plus 3 barstools. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, including toaster, blender, and Keurig pot+pod coffeemaker. Be cautious that the latches to the shower/toilet doors in the downstairs jack-and-jill bathroom don't catch and can be pushed open at any time. Although the overall feel was a little dated, it was comfortable for our family of 5 adults.

  We stayed inn unit #122 at Mammoth Estates. Overal the stay was great. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults. The location is great and walking distance from the Village. We did not have to drive at all during our stay, which is great - just walk to the Gondola at the village and go skiing from there. Overall the unit was clean and comfortable.
