The primary bedroom offers a California king bed, TV, upgraded bedding, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and TV, while the open loft provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed and twin trundle, an ideal setup for families or groups traveling together. A second full bathroom with tub is conveniently located on the main level. Complimentary WiFi is included throughout the condo. Another standout feature is the private detached two-car garage, giving you covered parking and convenient storage for your mountain getaway. Garage clearance is 6' 10".   June is a great month to visit Mammoth. Quiet, easy to get into restaurants, trails and highlights were easy to access. The property was clean, close to all, and very comfy. Parking issue was solved by the team. My truck was too big for the garage so they got me a place close by. The only issue we had was that we have a special needs daughter and the 50+ stairs were difficult for her to navigate several times a day.

  Our stay at Courchevel #14 was beyond perfect. The condo had everything we could possibly need and more. It was very clean and well-stocked with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom items. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy, which made it feel like a true home away from home.
  
  The location was ideal—just a short 5-minute walk to Canyon Lodge and the gondola, which made getting on the mountain incredibly easy. There were five of us, and the space accommodated everyone comfortably. It was also a huge bonus having a private garage to ourselves—so convenient, especially for unloading and keeping everything secure.
  
  If I had to mention a couple of minor downsides, the toilet paper quality could definitely be improved, and having to pick up and return physical keys from a management company was a bit inconvenient. A keyless entry system would be a great upgrade.
  
  Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!

  We visit Mammoth regularly and have stayed in several units in the area. This unit is spacious and appears to have been recently updated and well kept. It also we well stocked with all the kitchen essentials (which not all places seem to be). The only bummer is the stairs after a long hike or ride, but they're up-front with that in the description, and they're really not that bad.

  The place is just a couple minute walk to Canyon lodge and is a really pleasant unit. We enjoyed our stay very much!
  
  There are only a couple downsides: the WiFi is spotty (not a problem while on vacation). The loft is open to the living room
  So doesn’t offer too much privacy. And the unit is way up on the third floor with only outdoor stairs as access. Other than those small things, it was great!
  
  The furniture and beds are comfy and the place was very clean. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

  Excellent experience. Loved everything about the rental except the stairs leading to the unit which were covered in snow and a slip hazard - even though they cleared it up regularly.

  Overall, our experience with this condo was great. It was clean, conveniently located walking distance to Canyons lodge, and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable and cute. The pictures make it look bigger than it is; the master is connected to the upstairs loft and the kitchen it tiny. We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable, but I cannot imagine 8 people in this cabin. Also, there are steep stairs to get to the cabin that are slippery with ice. Future renters should just be aware. For us, it was not a huge problem but if travelling with young kids or older people, it could be an issue.

  This was the first time we have take. Our kids to Mammoth and skiing! The condo was close to Canyon lodge for easy walking while carrying their things. We loved the view out the living room windows each morning and watching the squirrels play in the trees. Although it was on the third floor it was the perfect stretching we needed after a long day on the slopes!!!!   Easy check in processed. Picked up keys from office in mail box as directed. Getting to the condo you have to climb up over 30 steps, make sure knees/ hip are good. Place good and roomy enough for 8 people. Condo was clean and supplies in condo were sufficient. Was here for summer, the condo gets hot ; wish had more available fans to use. The unit had 1 small fan and 1 ceiling fan for the loft area. The windows on main floor did not have any screen so can’t really keep it open. Afraid of bugs getting in especially mosquitoes. The property management were friendly and helpful. Unit had good WiFi. The unit has a small community pool with jacuzzi and dry sauna. The barbecue was dirty so was not able to use it, did not see brushes to clean.
