The perfect location, across the street from Eagle Lodge! This unit is located in phase 1 of the Summit in the Grand building, which is a short walk across from Eagle Lodge. Nicely furnished one bedroom, one bath condominium sleeps up to 4 people, and allows 1 dog. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay. Living area offers a 55' TV, Blu-Ray player, sleeper sofa, internet access and wood burning stove. The master bedroom has a king bed and there is an additional sleeper sofa off the dining area. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool (seasonal), sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. This unit is non-smoking and allows 1 dog. Our calendar is updated in real time.   This is a great unit. Closest you can get to Eagle Lodge. Largest TV with nice audio. Well equipped kitchen. Note however you need to bring your own salt, pepper and sugar. These are not furnished.

  Unit was very clean and organized. One of the best features though is the location which is walking distance close to Eagle Lodge. Can't get much closer unless you're staying at Juniper Springs Resort.

  Location is what this unit has going for it. Kitchen has been modernized and is reasonably well equipped. Bed was comfortable. TV/audio system took a bit of finessing to get working. Decor could be more attractive, but everything was clean and in functional condition. Would consider renting this unit again.
