Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to the Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed, the living area has a fold out sofa bed and there is an alcove with kids size bunk beds. This unit has WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. Pet friendly, allows one pet. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes.   We had a nice 5 night stay. Sadly this Uniti needs some updating. One of thr comforters in the bunk beds had a hole and was shedding feathers. No kindling or fire starters were provided. Lighter needs to be replaced. The joy pillow in the photo was worn and this photo must be very old. Shower was a bit of an issue with shower head designed for shorter people. I’m only 5’8.

  We liked the condo very much. It was clean, and the location was good. There were a couple of downsides. The condo had no air conditioning. It didn't get too hot, but a bit warm during the day. Also, if you stay on the first floor, where we were, there was no elevator from the condo floor to the parking garage, so you had to lug all your stuff up stairs and through corridors.

  Clean and cozy condo in a nice location. The walk to Eagle is slightly uphill so the shuttle stop right outside the door was great. The walk back to the condo (going slightly downhill) was much easier. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was easy to access. Very comfortable for a family of four. We had a light that wasn't working and the property manager responded very quickly to fix the issue.

  Summit 234 is a very basic but convenient condo within a short drive or walk to Eagle Lodge. The condo has all you need for a small family/couple to spend a few days with easy access to Mammoth Mt. Basic kitchen necessities and bedding provided, covered parking, although the condo is definitely in need of some updating (peeling paint, stains etc) it is very clean. This condo could jump up significantly with just a few minor improvements but for what we need for a ski getaway as a family with kids and a pup, it works out great.

  The condo is not super fancy but the sleeping arrangements were great. My husband has a bad back so he needs to switch around throughout the night. He had the option of a recliner, the comfortable couch, and the comfortable bed. We also appreciated that there was a an extra bathroom at the sauna which helped when all four us needed to get up and going in the morning. Having a kitchen was perfect since all of the restaurants were so crowded and the kids were STARVING after a long day on the slopes. So, not fancy, but met all of our needs (and we have lots of needs). ;)

  Wasn’t really clean in a detailed way, when removing couch cushions to pull out bed there was dirt and crumbs and food under the cushions and in the mattress.

  The fridge froze contents (it could be on me, but I couldn’t see how to adjust temperature)
  
  The sheets in the bedroom had package stickers on them, left me wondering if they had been cleaned.
  
  Then overall corners weren’t clean, splatters of walls, hair in shower on furniture.
  
  The unit smells, like old cigarette smoke.
  
  Given the cleaning fee required to pay my expectation is that the unit would be cleaned, comprehensively. I emailed the management company about the issues upon arrival, I didn’t want to be held responsible for anything. They did not respond.
  
  There are comprehensive directions but signage in the building was tiny, it is P-touch labels. We wandered around for some time before we found the unit.

  Very nice and well decorated, and super convenient to the shuttle to Eagle lodge at Mammoth. The shuttle is just across the street from the condo and runs every 15:minutes during the winter season. Or you could take the same shuttle back towards town and Vons and not even have to use your car during your stay.

  Great location. Walking distance to Eagle lodge, but wouldn’t recommend walking there in ski boots. Right on the Mammoth shuttle bus route to both the Eagle Lodge, or to Vons if you you need a few groceries and don’t want to drive. The hot tubs are great after a day of skiing too.

  We spent the weekend (Friday/Saturday night) here. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen and digital televisions. The DVD player also has 3 DVDs in the drawer. We figured out we could load out of the main garage and use the elevator when we left, but that would be dependent on the occupancy of the garage. The only minor problem was that the bathroom ceiling was failing due to what looked like a leak in the bathroom plumbing of the condo above.
