This pet-friendly and recently upgraded 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathrooms presents a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, wood fireplace, and WiFi. Centrally located in Conness building with city bus stop out front. Large master bedroom has a king, flat screen TV, DVD and private dressing sink. Loft has a queen plus daybed, TV and adjacent bathroom. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for four, plus dining area seating six. Easy access to Jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court, plus other Summit amenities (work-out room, pools, etc.), and underground garage parking (garage clearance 7' 0"). This unit is pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes.     This was our second stay in this unit. The location and layout work great for our family. I do wish the beds upstairs would be upgraded as the bed is at a slant and the unit needs a deep clean in terms of ceilings/dust etc.

    Nice condo. A bit dated, but functional and fairly clean. The indoor garage is a big plus for winter. You have to go up two sets of stairs from the garage to get to the front door.

    The condo had exactly the space we needed for our family of 5 and 3 fur family members. We were grateful Mammoth Reservations welcomed our pets for a reasonable price per day. It's in a nice residential area and the neighbors weren't difficult or nosey. It's located conveniently close to the town center. It was so nice to have a second parking space in the lot (lettered or blank) which facilitated easy loading and unloading. We took lots of dog walks in the neighborhood, which is super dog-friendly as there were lots of residents taking their pets for walks in the am and pm. It's quiet and cozy. The streets aren't busy and it was such a nice get-away without being too far from grocery stores or eateries. We truly enjoyed our stay.

    We needed a break to the mountains and Summit 277 was a good place to use as a base. It is close to the Lakes Basin, and not far from the center of town. The unit is spacious, and the loft sleeping area with its own bathroom worked out well. The gas grills at the pool outside the next building down were convenient.
