This spacious pet-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Townhouse is located in the ideal spot for your kid-friendly family! Just a short walk to Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground, or picnic at the tables or large grassy area. Just a short walk across the street and you are at Vons, shops, restaurants, the movie theatre and the Rock n Bowl bowling alley! The Chateau Sierra complex also offers a large outdoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub and sauna. Everything you need to keep your little ones entertained.

This split level home has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the upper level with adjacent large deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked just like home, with a private gas grill on the deck so you can grill up your favorites. Relax on the large comfortable sectional and enjoy the pellet stove, while watching your favorite movies on the 55" Smart TV. A separate dining area offers seating for 6. The living area is also equipped with a home office desk so you can work remotely if you must! A private washer and dryer makes laundry a breeze. The master bedroom upstairs features a California King bed and full bathroom adjacent. The second bedroom located downstairs has a King bed with en-suite bathroom and bonus vanity area. While the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and a Twin on the top, making it the perfect room for the kids. Access to the 1 car garage from the entry way makes snowy days even more hassle free.

This condo sleeps 7 people, there is an additional air mattress provided for a maximum of 8. The home has a 1-car garage as well as outdoor parking for 2 vehicles. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 3 stairs to this unit, two levels inside, no smoking is permitted, and the home is pet-friendly (one dog allowed with additional pets on approval only). Our calendar is updated in real time.

    Mammoth Reservations staff members are friendly, professional, and accommodating. We all enjoyed our second week-long stay in this particular dog-friendly one-car garage condo for seven. It's a quiet condo in a convenient location. The cozy kitchen was well-stocked with newish pans, glasses, and cooking utensils (we were glad we always travel with our own pasta pot as that was the one main item lacking). The bedding and towels were very nice. We appreciated the cork flooring on the main floor: it's much easier to keep clean than the downstairs carpeting. Washer-dryer was a bonus. Furniture was comfortable and having a balcony to catch some fresh (cold) air was nice, as was the fact that Von's was a short walk away. Those who used the hot tub and sauna reported they were clean and well-maintained. We absolutely love that the walking paths in the adjacent area are cleared and accessible year-round for long strolls, and there's also a bus stop for transportation to the ski zones and village not far from the Chateau Sierra entrance. Overall, wonderful vacation!

    It is well laid out and the kitchen is well equipped.
    It would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan or a stick vacuum. With all the melting snow outside, there is a ton of dirt that gets tracked into the entry hall. Even though we all kept our shoes there, after a week it was getting tracked all over the place!
    We had some maintenance issues in the upstair bathroom which we reported on checkout.
    The location is GREAT, right on the red line and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

    The condo is in a great location - a short and easy walk to the shuttle as well as the Vons Shopping Center, The Tavern etc...

    Check-in and Out were easy!

    The condo definitely needs some work..the pictures make it look cleaner and newer/nicer than it is... some easy maintenance and upkeep should be done to make this a bit more comfortable. However, it is still a decent accommodation and worked well for our group (three couples) during our winter stay.

    The location of the home is very convenient to stores, the Village.
    The overall townhouse was fairly nice, definitely could use an update in some areas
    The bathrooms are quite dated and floors squeeked a lot.
    The kitchen could use a few more pans that are in better shape. Most of the frying pans were in poor condition.
    Really appreciated having a garage to park the car.
    Pellet stove worked great kept us very cozy
    Overall we enjoyed our stay. Not a bad place to crash if you are on the slopes all day, for sure!

    Overall we had a very nice stay here! The living area was comfortable to hang out in, the large balcony looked out over the pool and a grassy area (just past where you park) and the kitchen was decently stocked.
    Note- there are no chairs on the balcony so we had to bring a couple of indoor chairs out, next time we’ll bring our camp chairs. And for you wine lovers, there are only 2 wine glasses. :( If I had know I would have brought my own since there were 4 of us.
    I think the online pictures are quite accurate. You can walk to a fun little brewery and also a local coffee shop, plus the grocery store is only a couple of minutes away. It was a very relaxing place to stay!

    The house was exactly as described. Internet and phone reception was excellent for working remotely. 45 minute drive to Yosemite. Highly recommend. Only issue we had was the lack of a full length mirror, which is why I gave 4 stars otherwise, 5 star stay.

    The property is well maintained. There was plenty of room for six adults and a medium sized dog. The location is good if you need / want to be close to stores and restaurants. The complex is pretty quiet. However it does back up to a local brewery. Really only had some noise on Thursday night but seems like they were done by 11pm.
    Overall it was a comfortable place and would stay there again.

    Overall we had a great time with this rental. It has all the amenities that we need for the duration of our stay. Appliances and cook wares were in good working conditions. The only complain I have is that the garage is very compact and it already have some items in the garage and I was not able to park the van inside.

    Great place. Some suggestions - downstairs toilet needs flush valve replaced. Takes forever to refill. Need instruction on Pellet Stove operation. Need dish drying rack, porch light out, front door difficult to latch as well as downstairs bathroom door. Need better window coverings in bedrooms. Bunkbed downstairs too close to light on wall and wobbly when person on top bunk.
