Tucked into the peaceful, forested Bigwood community, you’ll be just steps from Sierra Star Golf Course and approximately 1 mile from both Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge and The Village. Close to the action while still enjoying a quiet mountain setting. After a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or golf, come home and relax by the pellet stove, gather around the table for a game of cards, or settle in for a movie. The comfortable living area features a flat-screen TV with DVD player and complimentary Wi-Fi, while the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Upstairs, the former loft has been fully enclosed to create a private primary suite, featuring a King bed, flat-screen TV, and dedicated desk area. Perfect if you need to work or study remotely during your stay. A private full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer are conveniently located across the hall on the same level. The main-level bedroom is a great setup for kids, families, or traveling singles, with a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed plus an additional Twin bed. This room also includes a second desk/workspace. Another full bathroom is located in the hallway. Bigwood offers great community amenities, including a year-round outdoor hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, and on-site laundry facilities. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. Parking includes one space in a covered shared garage (7'3" clearance) plus one additional outdoor parking space. Please note that the garage is shared with one other vehicle and is best suited for a small to standard-size SUV or smaller vehicle; larger vehicles may be a very tight fit. Two parking passes are provided. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options. This condo is located on the second floor with approximately 12 stairs to the entrance and has two levels inside. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. No pets and no smoking permitted.   Loved the place - it was a tiny cozy cabin that had all the comforts. Was very warm and nice during the chilly nights. Right in town and only a few minutes away from everything.

  We had 6 people (2 kids & 4 adults) on our trip and this place was perfect! The beds are extremely comfortable! Even the bunk beds! And the place was very clean and fully stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials which was super nice. Washer & dryer worked perfectly which made it easy to pack light. Super convenient hangers and bench by the front door for us to drop all our fishing and hiking gear. Overall, I would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.

  Overall excellent, the unit was recently remodeled.
  4 old Geezers, 70 plus, unit was well laid out, fully stocked. The only problem was a cracked toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom.

  We were able to check in early, the place was clean and comfortable, and when we grabbed the wrong key before going to dinner on the first night, the girl I spoke with (I wish I remembered her name!) was amazing and quick to help us with our needs.
  
  The only thing that I think can be improved was when we arrived, the unit was 48°, very cold! And it took a while to warm up.

  Perfect for what we needed. Fit our family of 5, with 3 tall teenagers, comfortably and cooked several meals there. Dining room and sleeping areas were plenty big enough. Kitchen is for one cook and living room was tight too. Since we mostly skied, tighter space wasn't an issue. Clean and had all the basics (salt, pepper, oil, some spices, pans, etc) to cook meals.
  
  Shuttle to lifts is a 1/4 mile up the road. We choose to drive to Eagle which is very close.
  
  Condo has a pellet stove which kept the space cozy. Upon arrival it was FREEZING! Took a couple hours to warm up
