This remodeled, two-story, 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located within walking distance to The Village and Village Gondola. Enjoy mountain modern decor while relaxing next to the pellet-stove, get comfy on the large sectional and watch the large flatscreen smart TV. The kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances (PLEASE NOTE: The condo does NOT have a dishwasher). Dine just down the road in The Village, where you will find plenty of restaurants, or stay in and use the private gas grill on the balcony. The master bedroom sits on the main level with a King bed and access to the full bathroom, with ceiling fan and flatscreen TV and access to the balcony. The upstairs features a loft area as well as a second bedroom and bathroom. The loft area has 3 Twin beds and large flatscreen TV while the closed-off bedroom has a Queen and a day bed with 1 Twin+Trundle twin. Both share the upstairs full bathroom with shower/tub. This two story, upper unit offers all of the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay, in a convenient location close to it all. The San Sierra community offers coin operated laundry facilities on site, BBQ grills with outdoor seating area, enclosed year-round hot tub, and sauna. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are stairs to this unit, 2 levels inside, pet-friendly, and no smoking.     The property was great - location in town, cleanliness, proximity within the complex to the spa/hot tub & parking. The unit was spacious with plenty of sleeping options for our group. Would be good for friends, couples, families. There are stairs that can get slick in the snow and rain so watch your step. The unit was well stocked with kitchen gadgets, towels, blankets, pillows. If you plan to cook bring your own spices. It was a great stay, would come again.

    Overall place was great. Clean, new, great location. Should update listing to say queen bed as there are no kings. They were no pellets upon arrival for fireplace but management did bring the second day. The hot tub and saunas were great when in use. Was out of service for a few days. And while there was a huge storm, our steps and walkway were not clear most of our trip. We did the shoveling. It’s all good but just to note for other guest who may be older or not able to do heavy shoveling.
