The Master bedroom on the top level features a King bed with flatscreen Smart TV, the second bedroom also on the top level features two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds to accommodate 4 and a flatscreen TV, both with beautiful en-suite bathrooms, fully tiled with heated floors. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen with flatscreen TV, and adjacent full bath accessed from the hall with fully tiled walk-in shower and heated floors. A private washer / dryer makes it a home away from home. All Mammoth Reservations guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club, to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. In addition to the many wonderful features and amenities of this home, guests also have access to Summer Equipment inlcuding 2 stand-up paddle boards and fishing rods. For Winter convenience, guests will have access to a ski locker at Canyon Lodge making it even more convenient to store your equipment! This townhome sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is pet friendly and non-smoking. It is ground floor entry, with two levels inside, please note all living space is on the 2nd floor.   We had a wonderful time staying at Lakeview Townhomes. The main floor was the perfect gathering area for our group. We were able to cook and grill with ease (the kitchen was well stocked) and the big table was perfect and large enough for our family dinners. Having 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was great too, there was no fighting over shower times. The hot tub was easy to use and such a great end of the day/evening activity. Having pool towels provided was a huge plus. Access to the Village was great too. It was an easy walk down the hill or the free shuttle stop was literally at the end of the street. Location was perfect and we definitely spoke about wanting to come back and stay here again. There were only two things that needed improvement in our opinions. Every bed only had a top sheet, there was no bottom fitted sheets. Which made for everyone sliding around in their sleep and waking up on the mattress. It was just a bit odd. Also we arrived on a friday and the AC was on and felt amazing since it was quite warm outside. Once the weekend hit, the AC never came back on despite the panel saying COOL/ON. We attempted to troubleshoot it and it never worked the rest of the weekend which made the upstairs bunk bed room incredibly hot and forced some on the couch to seek a cooler nights sleep. Hopefully both easy fixes though, and the majority of our stay was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here and will look into staying here again myself.

  Awesome pet friendly condo. The place is new, clean and has a very homey feel. The owners obviously stay in it often and have included all the items that make a mountain stay comfortable and fun like humidifiers and apple TV’s in every room.
