A private deck to soak up the sun offers a large BBQ grill and outdoor dining. The master suite has a King bed, luxurious bedding, beautiful gas fireplace with mantle and seating area, flatscreen Smart TV and two walk-in closets. With a private deck offering outdoor seating and private hot tub, enjoy a long soak and watch the sunset. The large en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub. Guests will receive a one of a kind experience with 4 black passes that are included with the home rental. Mammoth Black passes allow Unlimited VIP benefits in both Summer and Winter on Mammoth Mountain. Offering priority VIP lift line privileges, premier VIP Mountain parking for 1 vehicle, seating and dining in exclusive dining rooms at McCoy Station, personalized concierge service and discounted rates and access to additional experiences. There are no black out dates with Mammoth Black, please note this is only valid for four guests. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.     The Home was new and nicely equipped. Beds comfy soft overall interior great . Location was a little too close to main roads and a construction site staging area not disclosed before renting the unit . The exterior yards had trash and construction debris in it which was disappointing. Would probably look for another unit in this development next visit .

      Thank you for review and your feedback. The exterior landscape has been cleaned and tidied up, and trash blown in from the surrounding area removed. Apologies that you feel the location was not disclosed accordingly, there is a corner open lot 1/4 mile away at the end of the road that does have some construction equipment on it. Obviously this is a private piece of land that we have no control over, but is not directly next to the property, otherwise we would have disclosed that. A main street, Minaret road that leads to the Village, is also located 1/4 mile at the end of the road. The home is also located right on the golf course fairways and greens and looks up at the stunning views of the Sherwins and Mammoth Rock. This is a very quiet neighborhood where no noise from Minaret Road can be heard from the property itself. Thanks again for the comments, Mammoth Reservations.
