Spacious, comfortable and centrally located, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath Mammoth Lakes condo is an ideal home base for families and groups looking to enjoy everything Mammoth has to offer. With accommodations for up to 10 guests, plenty of room to spread out. With shopping, dining, entertainment and recreation just a short walk away, you can park the car and settle into your mountain getaway. The bright and inviting main living area features vaulted ceilings and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, the perfect place to gather after a day on the mountain. Relax together in the comfortable living room, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or gather around the large dining table for family dinners and game nights. Step outside onto the spacious private deck, complete with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ for grilling in the fresh mountain air. The flexible four-bedroom layout provides plenty of space and privacy for larger groups. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and large vanity. Downstairs, a second king bedroom features a walk-in closet and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom offers a queen bed plus an additional twin bed and TV, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing four twin beds in total. The three lower-level bedrooms have convenient access to two shared full bathrooms, both with tub/shower combos. Thoughtful amenities make longer stays especially comfortable, including a private washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, an outdoor ski locker and a mudroom with space to store your skis, snowboards, boots, and other mountain gear. The central location makes getting around Mammoth easy. Vons, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are just a short walk away, while the free Red Line shuttle stops nearby for convenient access to Mammoth Mountain and other destinations around town. Mammoth Creek Park and the Mammoth Lakes Community Recreation Center, featuring LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes and additional year-round recreation, are also right nearby. After a day of adventure, take advantage of the Chateau Sans Nom community amenities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, indoor hot tub, and sauna. Perfect for relaxing during the winter months. The complex also offers a volleyball court during the summer. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. This two-level condo accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Two outdoor parking spaces and two parking passes are provided.   Fantastic. I requested an addtional parking spot. The office told me to call the date of arrival to see if there were vacancies and an additional parking spot would be available. To my surprise, after receiving my check in package, an addtional parking pass was included. It was wonderful that they rememebered my request from weeks before my arrival.

  Great place for a larger group. The place was cute, cozy and well stocked with cooking essentials, etc. Very close to a trolley/bus stop for free Mammoth transportation, and a short walk to different restaurants. Our only hiccup was the stove fireplace - we were never really able to get a fire going - so I think maybe an instruction manual for that could be helpful. Other than that, no notes! We’d definitely return.

  Location was perfect right near everything you wanted it to be. Home is older and “ski cabin” feeling, but perfect for what we needed. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean enough. Some cobwebs but linens and bathrooms were good. Would stay there again.

  The condo was nice and comfortable! We have stayed in this unit a few times before. Only two small complaints. The door key did not work very well. The deadbolt was tough to lock and unlock. The foam topper in the master bedroom was misshaped and sloped to the middle of the bed. Otherwise, the condo was clean and all the amenities worked well.

  I stayed at this gorgeous townhouse in Mammoth Lakes for four nights with my extended family (7 people). The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen, fridge, living room, bedrooms and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. There's plenty of knives/forks/cups/plates etc. The TV in the living room worked excellently and had lots of channels. The stair carpet was rather dirty (mud from past renters' boots I expect), but it didn't impact us that much. There are two spacious parking spaces, one of which is diagonally across from the front door. This is very convenient but it needs better signposting - it's only indicated on a notice by the dining table which is quite difficult to spot. Also, we only found four bath towels when we checked in and had to go back to the office to get more. The staff were very helpful when we did that. Overall, we found the place to be excellent, and would happily return.
