Set on a quiet street, in between the trees this is one of the few large homes in Mammoth that is available for nightly rental! Watch the golfers and enjoy gorgeous mountain views while relaxing in your very own private hot tub after a day of adventuring. This two-story gem in the Gray Stone community features 3200sq ft of mountain décor and top notch amenities, including custom countertops, wood flooring, attached 2-car garage and laundry room with washer and dryer. The spacious living room features a custom stone gas fireplace with large 60" Smart TV with Streaming apps and HD Cable TV. The dining room seats up to eight, and leads into a full kitchen, with custom stone counter tops and top of the line stainless gourmet appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy those family meals and gatherings. The home has two decks on the upper level, one with a gas BBQ grill and the other with outdoor furniture so you can soak up the views and scenery. The primary bedroom has a King bed, beautiful gas fireplace with mantle, 50" flatscreen TV, walk-in closet and access to the upper main deck. The spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and soaker tub is a heavenly spa like retreat. On the lower level there is a second master bedroom featuring a Queen bed with en-suite bath with walk-in shower and double vanity. The third bedroom features a Full bed, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is a kids haven with two sets of bunk beds, one Twin over Full pus Twin trundle, and the other a Twin over Twin. This room has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and the room is kitted out with games, and a 50" Smart TV. The private laundry room with washer/dryer is on the lower level and a welcoming entry mud room to take and leave all your gear. The 8 person private hot tub is also accessed from this lower level. The home is also equipped with a ping pong table in the garage, as well as bikes for your use, and a horseshoe pit on the grounds. This home has a 2 car private garage with private drive to accommodate 3 additional vehicles. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.     We loved the home! It was in a great location. Easily accessible, had it's own private parking, and was easy to find.

    The house was well maintained, clean, and everything worked well.

    The last day of our stay it started snowing pretty hard and I was afraid we wouldn't be able to get out of the driveway with how much snow had accumulated. I called Mammoth Reservations and they said they would send someone to take a look. Sure enough, by the next morning (the day we were scheduled to leave) the driveway had been plowed by 7am. I'm not sure who did it but I'm assuming it was Mammoth Reservations.

    It was a perfect house, in a perfect location with an excellent management company!
