The balcony features a BBQ grill, and dining area offers seating for up to 6, with additional bar seating for 3, and storage in the entry area to store all of your adventuring gear. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinets, and all appliances and amenities to prepare family meals. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, TV and adjacent is the full bathroom with tub/shower combo and separate vanity. Just across the street are the golf course and town bike path and you are 0.3 miles from Eagle Lodge, putting Mammoth’s outdoor lifestyle—skiing, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing—right outside your front door! The complex offers fantastic amenities including underground parking (clearance 7’), two pools, jacuzzis, a gym, laundry facilities, and a sports court with tennis, pickleball, and basketball. Located in the Bradley building, an elevator from the garage is conveniently located near the unit's front door making entry hassle-free. You can enjoy the convenience of a designated parking space in the underground parking, so no shoveling required, and a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex!
