Just a short walk across the street and you are at The Bowling Alley, grocery store, shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre. The Chateau Blanc complex also offers a large outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything you need to keep your little ones entertained. Inside the unit features floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a renovated interior. On the lower level the primary bedroom features a Queen bed, with TV, access to the downstairs ground floor patio and has an adjacent jack n jill style vanity with the full bathroom with walk-in shower. The third and final bedroom is ideal for the kids with two sets of bunks, for a total of 1 Full and 3 Twin beds. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this inviting retreat provides everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay, for the whole family including the pups! Dog crates, portable AC unit and lots of family games are also included! This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. The Mammoth Rec Zone offers EV charging stations, and access to walking / biking paths around town. The red line shuttle runs on Chateau Road offering free shuttle access around town.
