A cozy loft with twin-over-queen, plus twin trundle bunk beds provides additional sleeping space perfect for families or groups. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a modern kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and elegant stone countertops, creating the perfect setting for gathering after a day of adventure. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from two private decks, including one with a BBQ grill and another furnished for outdoor dining. With thoughtful amenities including a private laundry room with washer and dryer, stylish finishes, and a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and their pets, The Pointe #2 is the ideal Mammoth getaway year-round. Enjoy a private 2 car garage to store your adventure gear, and avoid shoveling! The home layout offers one primary suite on the lower level. The kitchen, dining and living space is on the middle level along with the second primary suite, and third full bathroom with shower, and loft on the third store. Located close to town, the red line free shuttle takes you to the Village, Main Lodge and runs to Snowcreek Athletic Club. You'll be just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area. Enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. Just a short walk across the street and you are at Vons, shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, no smoking is permitted, one pet is permitted in this pet friendly home (additional pets must be approved). There is no additional parking on site.
