Welcome to Chateau de Montagne #14, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath mountain retreat designed for families and groups looking to enjoy Mammoth Lakes in every season. This southwest-facing corner condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family member can join the adventure too. Vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light and mountain views create a warm and inviting alpine atmosphere. After a day on the slopes or trails, settle into the oversized sectional beside the free-standing pellet stove and enjoy a movie on the large Smart TV, or step outside onto the spacious private deck with outdoor seating and take in the fresh mountain air. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, with dining seating for six plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. Designed with families in mind, the condo also includes games and a dedicated kids' bunk room complete with a foosball table and Smart TV. Sleeping arrangements offer plenty of flexibility for larger groups. The lower-level primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs, a second king bedroom has access to a shared hallway bathroom with shower. A queen guest bedroom is located downstairs near the shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The spacious bunk room is a kids' zone of its own, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, an additional twin-over-twin bunk bed, Smart TV and foosball table. Additional conveniences include a private stacked washer and dryer and access to a common-area BBQ, which may be seasonal. Chateau de Montagne amenities include a year-round outdoor hot tub, sauna, and seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The location makes exploring Mammoth easy. The free Red Line shuttle is approximately a one-minute walk from the condo, providing convenient service to The Village, Main Lodge, and other stops throughout town. Guests are also within walking distance of Mammoth Creek Park, LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes, Mammoth RecZone, bowling alley, shopping, dining and nearby trails. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months.
