In the summer, enjoy the serene surroundings, golf course views, and easy access to hiking and biking trails.

After a day of exploring, unwind in the year-round community hot tub, gather around the shared fire pit, or enjoy an outdoor meal in the BBQ and picnic area. With single-level living, elevator access from the underground garage, and no interior stairs, this home offers comfort and accessibility for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen features GE appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Gather around the dining table for six, then relax in the inviting living area with a cozy gas fireplace and large Smart TV.
