This mammoth vacation rental is spacious and has lots of light. The living area has a cozy wood fireplace with custom slate and a large flatscreen TV with DVD player, along with new carpet that was installed the Winter of 2015. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a beautiful euro-style log bunkbed with a Queen bed on the bottom and Twin on the top. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional overnight guests.

The dining area has seating for 6 at the table with an open kitchen perfect for entertaining with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen, entryway and fireplace have been remodeled with beautiful slate tile flooring. The unit even has two balconies that provide views of the Sherwin Mountains! This condo comes with one reserved garage parking space (garage clearance is 6' 6"). There are 7 additional unmarked parking spaces within the complex that are first come, first serve.

The unit comes with complementary wireless Internet access and access to tennis courts. The complex even has a game room with pool table. This condo sleeps a maximum of 7 people, is non-smoking and no pets allowed. There are 14 stairs to the unit and no stairs inside the unit. (TOT Certificate #7020) Unit Code = CRV057

  This rental exceeded my expectations. Its kind of like a hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just a 5 minute drive to any stores and anywhere from 8-15 minutes to most of the trails/lakes. For the price it was perfect.

  Our unit was very comfortable and was very clean! We will consider staying again in a larger unit and for a longer time. I would suggest maybe some ceiling fans to beat the heat and a handicapped bar in the shower as my Mom is 88 years old and could have used something to hold on to when getting in and out.

  Easily accomodated 5 adults and 2 kids. The only complaint I have is that the sofa bed mattress was in poor condition. So it wasnt used and I just slept on the couch without converting it to a bed. We made it work. But if we wouldve had one more person in the group somebody wouldve had to sleep on the floor. Aside from that the place was very clean and looked updated with new carpet and light fixtures. I would recommend this place and I would definitely use it again.

  This was a great condo for our group of five. We were primarily focused on a good location and this condo delivers. It's just a short walk downstairs, through the garage, and to the street to get on the free Mammoth Blue Line bus. This line goes in a loop and stops by the Village first and then to Canyon lodge. It couldn't be any easier.
  
  The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but I highly recommend to bring salt/pepper, butter, oil, condiments, etc... if you plan to do any cooking.
  
  Everything worked and was clean so we couldn't really ask for anything more. We would definitely stay again!

  The location was great! The shared space in this unit was very generous, lots of mudroom space, big table and comfortable living area. The two bedrooms were separate and each had a bathroom. The view was a beautiful bonus as was the parking! no scraping the car in the morning.

  Getting around was so easy despite the road construction, is hitch shows how well the planning was done when it came to the town layout. When we arrived at our room, we were pleased to find it so welcoming, and that everything seemed to be covered. Aside from our personal items, and groceries, we didn't have to worry about anything. Cooking a nice sit down dinner was a breeze, from seasoning to setting,and on to clean up, everything was supplied, making it shassle free. Although our stay was in the summer, we were pleased to see that there was firewood if we wanted to have a fire. Ithe thought that was given to setting the place up really made our vacation time enjoyable, thanks for having us.

  Good location for walking. Easy to take the dogs out for potty breaks and for walks. Close to the bike trail. Close to the village with it's restaurants and shops. Good location for side trips to lakes, rivers, Bodie, and Manzanar. The condo interior is showing its age and wear and tear from being a rental. Carpet dirty/stained, appliances old and worn, draperies old and curtain rods don't work with the strings hanging down, and window screens shredded. Towels and bedding were clean and we didn't find dirt or items from previous guests. It's not The Westin and you're not paying Westin prices. Underground parking was fine. Spaces are minimum size. Was fine to get in and out of with a big truck because in mid August there were only 3 other vehicles down there.

  We had an amazing experience in Mammoth, and the location of the condo to the ski resort couldn't have been any better. It was a quick walk to the shuttle stop, or a short ten minute drive to the resort. The only issue we had was that the shower wouldn't drain. We let management know about it, so I am sure it is fixed now :-) I highly recommend this property, and I will stay here again in the future.

  - Conveniently located at stop 78 of the blue line & late night trolley.
  - Additional parking passes available from on-site management if spaces are available.
  - Clean, spacious condo with dishwasher
  - Lockbox on door with key made check-in/out and daily access very convenient.
  
  Negatives:
  - Replacement towel/linen service not available from on-site management. Must request in advance from property manager.
  - Additional toilet paper not available from on-site management - had to purchase our own.
  - temperature of the jacuzzi was too hot for a comfortable soak.
  
  Comments for property management:
  Minor repairs are required for bathroom towel racks - they kept falling off the walls. Shelving in hall closet needs to be installed or reinstalled - it was laying on the floor.
  
  All in all, the property was a nice place to stay for a reasonable rate and I would definitely stay there again.

  The condo was a great place to stay. Although we were snowed in to where we couldn't see out the main balcony in the livingroom, it was nice and cozy inside. Pet friendly and more than enough space for our party of 6. About 1 mile or so to the Village and just outside the garage parking is the bus stop. I would go back again on the next trip for sure.

  This place was magical! Perfect location, unbelievably friendly manager, huge jacuzzi, right next to a shuttle stop, gorgeous views all around, clean, spacious and fun! Way better than even the photos make it look! My favorite was the little things that previous guests leave behind like pancake mix and syrup :) I loved everything about this place and would definitely stay again. Just make sure to bring some extra toilet paper!

  We were happy with the rental and the fact the unit is dog friendly it made our trip that much more enjoyable to bring our dogs instead of leaving them at day care. The furniture could be a little more updated and the mattress in the spare room was smaller than the actual bed size but over all super happy about the place and vacation. I would recommend to a friend and stay with them again. The management company was very accomodating to our needs and worked things out so our trip went well.....

• It was a geat place. One problem for me was it states it has a one car garage. It was not a private garage. It is an open parking area. It is under the condo building. I actually called to confirm a private garage and was not told it was open.

  We had a good time and loved the location.. it was close to Canyon Lodge. There were 4 adults & 3 kids in our group. We stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. During the middle of the stay we ran out of TP. They only gave us 4 rolls. I called and they said they would deliver the next morning but they never did. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
