Mammoth West #122

This large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, walking distance to the lifts at Canyon Lodge is perfect for a large group of friends or family. The unit features a large, open floorplan with an oversized deck, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace with sitting area, large flat screen TV with DVD player and a dining area that seats 7 with an additional 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and appliances.

The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom. The second bedroom downstairs features a king bed and flat screen TV with DVD player, the third bedroom with a king bed, large flat screen TV with DVD player, and private in-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom downstairs has two sets of bunk beds each with two twins (for a total of four twin beds, bunk bed sizes are most suitable for children), and flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also a second bathroom downstairs.

This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and comes with free high-speed wireless Internet and 2 parking spaces. There are 11 steps to the unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. (TOT Certificate #7020) Unit Code = MW122

  it was a nice place to stay. Walking distance to
  Canyon Lodge unfortunately it was close when we were there, so I have to driven to Main Lodge.
  If you plan to cook in cabin please bring your own ingredients such as oil, salt ,pepper, etc they don't have it there.

  This was a great cabin and walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The furniture could be updated and the 4 twin beds weren't comfortable for adults but overall it was a great experience. It was snowing the weekend we were there and someone would come in the morning and shovel the steps which was nice.

  Perfect experience. The cabin was exactly as stated, and as completely and thoughtfully furnished as you would need it to be. They cleared the entrance to our cabin early every morning, which was a huge help considering we had 3 feet of snow and didn't bring our own shovel. The cabin is in the perfect location. We can't wait to go back!

  The entire experience was great. Although the water heater did not work, Mammoth Sierra was extremely quick to respond, sending a maintenance person that night and installing a new water heater the next day. We were very grateful for the quick response. The Condo was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

  Great spot for a group trip. Comfy beds (I usually struggle with the soggy rental beds - but slept like a baby on these), property manager is fantastic (we needed some assistance as we locked ourselves out and he was there for the rescue immediately), what can beat walking up lifts while everybody else is battling in the parking lot, comfy living room area where we played games and cooked feasts all weekend long, ....

  This house was in such a nice neighborhood and literally around the corner from a chair lift. The house was roomy and had plenty of seating for all of us staying there. The only tricky thing is the parking since there are no real parking spaces with lines or numbers so some other cars were parked a bit crooked and it lessened the available space. We do realize that that's not the responsibility of the homeowner. The rec room was a huge plus. That's where we all went for a swim and to play billiards and ping pong. Everything was great. The house was clean. The WiFi was a nice touch. The TVs worked great, the was a remote for every Tv. The beautiful balcony was a nice place to enjoy coffee while taking in the view. Next time we visit which will be soon, we will definitely be staying here. Very recommended.

  Great rental...made for a great trip! Bedrooms were layed out great for 2 families and the fireplace really made the living room feel warm and cabinish! Will definitely book this unit next year. Walking distance to the slopes and even had to call mantence and they arrived in 15 minutes. Service and easiness of check in/out was perfect!

  This was a great place for my group and I! We were 10 30-somethings who go up to Mammoth every year and this was definitely our favorite place to stay. We had four single people and three couples so the bedroom situation was perfect. The livingroom/dining room area was HUGE and very open. Everyone told me we have to rent this condo again, so I can't wait to come back! The only downside were the four bunk beds. Two of the people were fine with the mattresses and two thought they weren't supportive enough.

  We had such a great vacation and this condo was wonderful. The condo was clean and comfy. We stayed there with our 3 young kids and our friends with their 2 young kids. The layout of the condo was perfect. The kids loved the downstairs with the bunk beds and tv/dvd. They stayed down there and played all night while us adults played board games on the ex-large coffee table. Because the kids were downstairs most of the time it was quiet upstairs and the kids felt like they had their own special space. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely visit again!

  My family had a great time. The only problem was that the bunk bed was unsafe. The railings did not stay in place and were wobbly, also they were very close to the ceiling and one of the children bumped their head (nothing serious). We were very pleased with the location and how homey the condo was. Thank you

  The unit was very well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed using the Jacuzzi and pool as well. My son and I enjoyed playing ping pong at the clubhouse by the pool. This was our first stay at Mammoth West and I would definitely return there on our next visit to Mammoth.

  It's a nice unit. TVs everywhere. Two notes of caution. The bunk beds are kid-sized; too small for adults or adult-sized teens. (Note: we've stayed in other units, and it has not been a problem.) Also, the cookware and knives in the kitchen are are well worn.

  Mammoth West 122 is a well-appointed and comfortable condominium in a great location about a quarter mile from the Canyon Lodge lifts. Listed for and accommodated ten well. Designated parking is provided for two vehicles adjacent to the unit as advertised. The condominium was a positive experience; exceptionally clean and in good repair. The stairs leading from Canyon Boulevard to the street at condo level are conveniently nearby but not for the faint of heart. Canyon Lodge is a five minutes’ walk or a short complementary city bus ride from the front of the complex. This was our second stay at Mammoth West and an overall excellent experience. Expect to book Mammoth West again in the future if available. Highly recommend Mammoth West 122 and Mammoth West in general.
