The upper-level living area provides plenty of space for everyone to gather after a day of mountain adventures. Cozy up beside the wood-burning fireplace, relax in front of the large flatscreen TV, or step outside onto the spacious private deck and enjoy the peaceful forest setting. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. The adjacent dining area seats eight, with additional breakfast bar seating for three, perfect for family dinners, game nights, or morning coffee before heading out for the day. The split-level floor plan gives larger groups plenty of room to spread out. On the upper level, the first guest bedroom features a queen bed with convenient access to an adjacent full bathroom with shower. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a California king bed, Smart TV, and its own private deck. The second downstairs bedroom offers a king bed, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing four twin beds. The Chateau de Montagne community offers a year-round outdoor hot tub, sauna, community BBQ, laundry facilities, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The property is located directly on the free Red Line shuttle route and is just a short walk from shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences in town. Mammoth Creek Park is approximately 150 yards away, offering creek access, a playground, picnic tables, expansive grassy areas, and nearby walking and biking paths. Mammoth RecZone and LA Kings Ice are also close by, providing a variety of year-round recreation opportunities. EV charging stations are available at Mammoth RecZone. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months.   Condo is nice. They need to align the dining chairs quantity with the advertised unit capacity. Capacity is advertised as 10. There are 5 dining room chairs, a couple of which are in awful shape...almost fall through when sitting there. Let's get 8 new decent chairs which the table can accommodate.

  The staff were great! The only issues with management is that they gave me the wrong keys the first time around,and when I received the right key, the door wouldn't unlock fully. My husband doing a way in through one off the window.
  Cleanliness of the home was good,though the cooking utensils were not as clean as i had wished. There was a pan with grease in it and a pot stuck in top of it. And lastly,I was surprised to find a wok there, though there was mold in it. Not very good.
  I went in a group of 18 and had 2 rentals, #15 is actually more modern and updated with bedding and furniture. The bunk beds on our side barely had space for someone to lie down in bed but not sit, where as the other bunks next door had a good amount of space in between the top and bottom bunks. The space was nice, though you have to make sure you do a walk through and let them know all the issues you find, since we found a lot of issues with the house. The property manager came a couple hours after we told Mammoth Sierra Reservations about the issues to check them out and fix what he could.
  We had a list of issues, one being the heater upstairs did not work. We had to use the fire place, though we still had to keep the door next to it open a bit for the smoke to travel out (one of the latch was missing and smoke came out the front, we had to place a heavy log to close the top door tight).
  Overall a good experience, but wished it was more updated and modern. We would definitely come back to this property, though not sure #17 is the right one for us.

  Our high school cross country team comes to Mammoth for a week every August to train and do things together. We stayed in several condos in Chateau de Montagne this year. Very good set up for 7-8 runners on the lower floor and coach or chaperone in the master bedroom upstairs and the kitchen and great room for the kids to use during free time. Also, we have to set a boundary that the kids can roam in and a condo complex is good for this, with it's pool area.

  It was great. The only complaint was the neighbors dogs at 6 in the morning. We thought it was no pets alowwed. They were not service dogs. Over all it was great. Would recommend to friends.

  Very good experience at this house. And the staff working in the community are extremely kind and nice.
  The location is perfect, just 3 minutes away from grocery store(Vons), and 1 minute walking distance to bus stop.
  
  The only thing can make it better is indeed the internet.
