Enjoy the private deck with a BBQ provides a great spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air and cook dinner outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, with convenient breakfast bar seating and an adjacent dining area for gathering together. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The primary bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom offers two twin beds plus a queen sleeper sofa, creating a flexible space for families or additional guests. The third bedroom features two twin beds plus a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it a great option for kids or larger groups. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed. Chateau de Montagne offers a relaxing mountain setting with community amenities including a year-round outdoor hot tub, sauna, laundry facilities, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The location makes exploring Mammoth especially easy. The property is located directly along the free Red Line shuttle route, providing convenient access to Mammoth Mountain and The Village without having to drive. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Mammoth Creek Park, LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes, and Mammoth RecZone are also within easy reach. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. This townhome accommodates a maximum of 11 guests and includes two outdoor parking spaces. Two parking passes are provided.   This property was as described and looks like the photos which is why I gave it 5 stars. It comfortably fit our group of 8 people. Half of us were up there to ski, half were up to just hang out in the snow. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has been nicely updated with a very quiet washing machine (I had to feel it to see if it was running). Pots/pans/knives are sufficient, but leave a little to be desired. Plenty of glasses/plates/dishes/etc. TV isn't smart if that matters to you. There are some DVDs & books, no games. As always, there's not enough dishwasher soap or trash bags and the toilet paper sucked, but I feel like that's par for the course. Provided shampoo/soap was nice. I know I can ask for more, but they should really give more than 1 dishwasher pod & trash bag per day when you have a cabin that sleeps 10. We shouldn't have to ask.

  We have stayed in this unit multiple times over the years. We love the complex and this unit’s location to the pool. However, It’s time for upgrade in beds and pots and pans. The mattresses are uncomfortable and pans are old and super scratched. (Oh, and FYI we found a dead mouse under the couch and downstairs hall sink, so slow to drain) other than that we always have a great time. Thanks!

  The condo was okay. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Th carpet was very old and looked dirty, but did not smell. The kitchen was small for the size of our family, but functional and well stocked even for 10 people. The bathroom downstairs was small for larger adults but fine for kids and young adults.

  The condo was very comfortable and clean. We were very happy with the accommodations with two small exceptions; 1) when we first arrived, we found two mice dead in a sticky trap. I called property management and let them know. 2) In the master bedroom we needed to keep the windows closed because of the traffic noise at night.
  Other than those exceptions, we were very happy.

  We used this condo as part of a three condo group for a grad student course. Worked out perfectly. We will use it again next year, if they'll have us back!! Perfect homebase, would love to visit in the winter. unfortunately our course is a summer course. but would definitely recommend or use for personal use!
