Beautifully renovated and nestled alongside Sierra Star Golf Course and the town's scenic walking and biking path, this spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath Forest Creek townhome offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort and convenience for your Mammoth getaway. Approximately 1,200 square feet and spread across two levels, this inviting mountain retreat comfortably accommodates 4 to 6 guests and provides plenty of room for families or friends to relax and unwind. Both bedrooms are located on the entry level, creating a quiet separation from the main living space upstairs. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, giving both bedrooms the convenience of a private bath. Upstairs, the bright and spacious living area is designed for gathering after a day of Mammoth adventures. Warm up beside the wood-burning stove, settle into the comfortable living room for a movie on the large Smart TV, or simply enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere. The sofa converts to a sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations. The beautifully updated kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The kitchen bar seats four, while the separate dining area provides seating for six. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, or retreat to the private hot tub on the covered patio for a relaxing soak after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Mammoth. Having your own hot tub right at the condo makes this home an especially inviting retreat in every season. A third full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the upper level. The home also includes complimentary WiFi and a private washer and dryer for all the conveniences of home. Forest Creek enjoys a quiet wooded setting alongside Sierra Star Golf Course, with Mammoth's multi-use walking and biking path running nearby. In winter, the free town shuttle is just a short walk away, providing convenient access to the slopes and destinations throughout Mammoth Lakes. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. This two-level townhome has approximately two steps to the entrance and accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Two outdoor parking spaces and two parking passes are provided. Motorhomes and trailers are not permitted in the outdoor parking area. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options.   Place was nice and clean and comfortable. TV away a little tricky to figure out as it’s only streaming. Didnt like there was no TV in master BR. I thought that was odd. Having the 3 bathrooms was really nice. Didn’t use the hot tub. Back landscaping needed some help but overall we were satisfied.

  We have stayed at many properties in Mammoth. This was one of our favorite stays. The property's location and the parking were important to us. We travel with kayaks and like to be able to see our vehicle from the property. The property was cleaned and well-maintained. An added bonus was that the property has an indoor jacuzzi! You don't have to leave the property to enjoy this luxury. We LOVE to fish all day, but one of the days we could not go out because of the wind. We enjoyed a day in with watching movies, napping, reading, and enjoying the view of the trees. We will definitely book this property again.

  Overall, a solid and functional vacation rental. The spacious and comfortable living area was a nice feature. We were three adults but I think a larger group would be fine. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, which was a plus as we like to cook. Both bedrooms b had on suite bathrooms and showers, plus there’s another bathroom and shower upstairs if someone was using the sleeper sofa. The location and parking are good, assuming you are fine with a short walk to the shuttle line. It’s then a few stops to Eagle lodge. A few things to consider. My friends complained that the bed in master bed was a bit small, it’s a queen maybe ? The other bedroom has two singles, which were comfortable enough but definitely on the small side. The place seems to be showing it’s age and a little TLC might not go amiss e.g. the extraction fans in the bathroom were really loud. Finally, the decor and 1990’s feel may not be for everyone. That being said, the tariff is reasonable, it’s clean, comfortable and well equipped. It would be in my shortlist to rent again.

  We have stayed in this complex many times in the last 30 years. We were nervous the condo we usually rented is no longer available nor were any available thru our usual reservation service. We were pleasantly surprised with the unit as well as Mammoth Sierra. Considering our trip was ruined by the heavy smoke from the fires, unhappiness with the unit or management could have really compounded things negatively off the scale. Really the only thing i could say, very minor, is the shower heads could use an upgrade, master bedroom very weak.
  I'd have no 2nd thoughts about renting this unit AND using Mammoth Sierra to book.
  Never experienced this kind of heat and humidity there. The smoke so heavy we couldn't open windows or doors. First time in 50 years going to Mammoth where AC was needed but nobody has AC here. But sitting in a closed up room with AC in Mammoth just seems wrong.
  Just hope for better luck from mother nature next time...

  Enjoyed our stay at this condo, especially the private hot tub on the enclosed balcony! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was reasonably well-equipped, and the wood-fired stove worked great.
  
  Snow was cleared from our walkway and the parking lots, which we really appreciated because it was a very stormy weekend. The nearest shuttle stop was for the purple line to the Village. The walk wasn't too long but this wasn't the most conveniently located condo for shuttle access.
