For a great mountain feel this, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pet-friendly townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California will be your choice! This 1600 sq ft condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, deck with gas grill, cozy wood-burning stove, and wireless Internet access. The living room offers a large flat screen 4K TV with access to Netflix and Premium television channels, leather sofas, and the large deck overlooks a pleasant park-like setting with a view of the mountaintops. Perfect for the kids to play or dog walks in the Summer time! Two of the bedrooms even have decks leading out to this area. The Master bedroom features a King bed and flat screen TV. The Second bedroom has a King bed, as well as a bunk bed with 2 Twins, flat screen TV, vanity with sink, and private deck. The Third bedroom has a Queen bed, as well as a bunk bed with 2 Twins, flat screen TV, and private deck. The Villa De Los Pinos complex is located on the Red Line shuttle and walking distance to the Vons shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre, Mammoth Creek park and playground, walking trails, Starbucks and even the new bowling alley complete with golf simulator. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with two outdoor parking spaces, is pet-friendly (only 1 pet allowed, dogs only), and sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. PLEASE NOTE: There may be construction in and around this complex during the Summer. This may include but not limited to deck repairs, roof replacement and repairs. We have no control over the schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be rescheduled to accommodate unit occupancy.   We were 2 families with young kids and the place was great. Access to the snowcreek athletic club was very useful during a quick rain. Green space behind the house, bed for everyone.   Affordable. Clean. Simple. I would rent this condo again. It is in a quiet area and the grocery store is only a block away. During May- November there is a free trolley that goes through town and there is a stop right in front of the complex. Couple things I would note for future renters: the main living, dining and kitchen area is on the second floor, just in case anyone in your party has an issue with stairs, it may be a problem... that and lugging up food and the ice chest is not very fun. The other thing I would note is that if you have babies/toddlers or young children, its not child proof at all. Please make sure you bring any safety items you may need. They did have a baby gate but it was broken. Thankfully we brought baby gates and moved things around so that it was safe. The balcony railing over the staircase has a gap that isnt safe for young kids, so we had to block it off. I know its not realistic to expect all the cabinets to have a child latch, but at minimum I would recommend that the cabinet under the kitchen sink should have safety latch since it has some cleaning supplies under it. Overall, it was a good stay.

  Townhome was in a very convenient locations, walking distance to Vons, Distant Brewing, among other major locations. Also a shuttle stop right outside the property. We had a group of 8, and there is easily enough space for 10 if you sleep 2 per full bed or larger. One of the small bedrooms has it's own sink and the Master is very large. It is also pet friendly and our dog had the time of his life. There was everything we needed. There were some spots we could tell there were previous dogs, but it wasn't anything that turned us off. The only thing we found was that the light fixture in the master did not work, but we notified the office. The property management should check all appliances/lights before check-in.

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the owner really needs to clean out the closets. There is way too much stuff crammed into them to be renting the house out. In addition, some of the dresser drawers are broken. On the positive side, the kitchen, while small, is well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. The coffee maker was broke, but the property manager brought us a replacement. On the positive side, there is a park within walking distance that provides a good play area for your dog. In summary, I would probably not rent the property again unless the owner cleans out some of the clutter and performs some maintenance on the interior.

  This unit had one of the best equipped kitchens I've experienced in a rental. I found everything I needed with the exception of an ice cream scoop. I'm betting they had one, and I just didn't find it.
  
  It worked well for us because one couple could be upstairs and the other downstairs--each with our own bathroom.
  
  The only concern were the mattresses. While I was quite happy with my bed, the others felt the mattresses were too soft. That is a personal preference and depends on how heavy you are and whether or not you sleep on your back, side, or stomach.
  
  The master bedroom was quite roomy. The two other bedrooms were small but had ample closet space and dressers. Lighting was also good.

  Everything was as described in the listing: great location, well furnished, well maintained and cozy unit. We really enjoyed our stay!
  
  Two issues:
  1) The heater is the master bedroom didn't work properly. When we came, it would only work for 10 minutes and shut down, needing a reset. It was very cold in the bedroom during our 1st night despite auxiliary heater. The maintenance person came, cleaned the heaters, and they started to run for 30 minutes before needing a reset. Luckily, by that time, it warmed outside, so it was OK.
  2) The router was apparently recently replaced, but unit print-out was not updated with new WiFi credentials. So, some of us were able to use WPS to connect, but people with Apple devices were out of luck.

This is a favorite place to stay because it feels like home away from home.

  Great place to stay for a group of up to 10 people. The condo is conveniently located close to the supermarket, shops, and restaurants, and in the area you have beautiful hiking trails, lakes, spectacular scenery, and Yosemite Nat'l Park only 20 minutes away! The bathrooms are spacious and clean, with large showers. There's plenty of comfortable seating in the living area, and a spacious deck overlooking the tennis court and common area.   We were very pleased with our stay here. The onsite manager was very friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean. The bathrooms have been updated and seemed clean ( a must for me!) The free wi-fi worked well. There was plenty of hot water, the condo was relatively easy to keep warm. There was a nice area in the back for the kids to play when we were not skiing. One small critique....bring extra towels. The condo is advertised as "will sleep 10" but there are not 10 towels. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is very nice, but the dryer does not work well so it is hard to wash the towels and get them dry in a timely manner, especially when coming back from skiing and everyone wants to shower. The condo is VERY convenient to the bus line which takes you to the village where you can take the Gondola to Canyon lodge. The bus does get VERY crowded at peak times, but the drivers were very nice and as accommodating as possible.

  We had a great time in Mammoth as usual, the place was great. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us to hang out and everyone had a bed to sleep in. It had a warm cozy cabin feel with all the room we needed. The bus pick up to the slopes was right across the street.

  We looked for a place to stay while seeing fall colors. This place just blew us away. It is very up-to-date, well fitted out, and nicely decorated. The multiple bed situation in each room makes for an unusually flexible accommodation for larger families or small groups.
  
  The carpet stains were understandable and didn't bother us, seeing as how this is (thankfully) a pet-friendly condo, and otherwise the place was spotlessly clean and very attractive. We could tell it was a cut above any other condo we looked at online, and were even more impressed when we got there.
  
  We would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat. Many nice touches, such as wood-beamed ceilings and cozy cabin decorator items that make it feel more like a plush mountain lodge than a condo.
  
  Can't say enough good things about this place. Like a child said in another comment, I wish I lived there!
  
  Just one suggestion: It would be helpful if the owner made up a set of instructions on the use of the primary TV, DVD and CD players in the living room. We couldn't get the CD player to make a sound, even though playing, but I'm fairly sure it was because we just couldn't figure out how to use the complex set of interacting equipment and remotes.
  
  In all, thank you for a fantastic stay. (The fall colors cooperated, too! Gorgeous!!) I really hope we can come again.

  nice three bed rooms condo, strong layout... however cozy..
  clean, but upstair bathroom sink plugged 3 out of 7 days ...
  love the courtyard, tennis , swimming pool.. and best of all is a PET friendly condo...
  overall, enjoyed our stay....

  Fantastic unit! Great location : tennis court, pool/Jacuzzi, horseshoe pits, volleyball court all just outside the deck. Walking distance to grocery store, home cooking restaurant, sporting goods store. Super clean with ALL the amenities that this family of 4 + 1 dog needed. My 17 yr old said it was "sick!" <--that means GOOD! And our 6 yr old said, "I wish WE lived here!" We will be requesting this particular unit every time we come to the great Mammoth Lakes : )
