This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Chateau Blanc is ideally located just 100 yards from Mammoth Creek Park and offers beautiful, unobstructed views of the Sherwin Mountains. Step inside to a bright and inviting mountain retreat featuring dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and abundant natural light. After a day exploring Mammoth, settle into the comfortable oversized sectional, warm up beside the wood-burning stove, and enjoy a movie on the large flatscreen TV. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the home. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare family meals, while the open living space makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. Step outside onto the upper deck, relax in the outdoor seating and take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful Sherwin Mountain views. The home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom on the lower level also offers a queen bed and Smart TV. The third bedroom features three twin beds and a Smart TV, making it a great space for kids or additional guests. Need to stay connected while you're away? A dedicated home office area provides a convenient workspace for remote work or school. The location is especially convenient for families. Mammoth Creek Park is just steps away, where you can fish the creek, enjoy the playground, picnic on the large grassy areas, or connect with nearby walking and biking paths. The Mammoth Lakes Community Recreation Center and LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes are also nearby, offering year-round recreation and EV charging stations. A short walk across the street puts you close to Vons, restaurants, shopping, Bowling Alley and the movie theater, while the free Red Line shuttle runs along Chateau Road for convenient transportation around Mammoth Lakes and access to Mammoth Mountain. During the warmer months, enjoy Chateau Blanc's large seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, the perfect way to relax after a day of hiking, biking, fishing, or exploring town. This two-level condo accommodates a maximum of 7 guests. There are no stairs required to enter the unit. Two outdoor parking spaces and two parking passes are provided.   We had a very comfortable stay that accomodated the 6 of us well. The living area is cozy and the fireplace is great and the kitchen is well equipped for large family. The beds were comfortable too. Our only complaint is that we had to replenish basic supplies as there was not enough supplied for 6 people for a 5 night visit. this included toilet paper, paper towels, and diswasher pods, dishtowels and a sponge.

  The 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, kitchen were well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The living room was very spacious for hanging out. Note that that sauna doesn't exist, it was repurposed for storage. We used the Jacuzzi, but it was so heavily chlorinated that it discolored my swimsuit! The location is super convenient. Vons is almost right across. The bus station is super close and the buses are circling all the time.

  We had a great experience with this condo, we were able to reserve it online with a credit card with no funny business at all. The unit is almost exactly as pictured, although the kitchen and some of the furnishings are a bit dated. There is plenty of light and room in the condo, which for us was amazing. The pool and Jacuzzi were heated and amazing. The complex is on a couple different shuttle and trolley stops, and it is within walking distance to the Vons, and is adjacent to a really great park and trails. PERFECT for our summer stay. The management company was very friendly and answered questions quickly and professionally.

  We enjoyed a nice late Spring ski weekend in April 2016. The condo is literally behind the Stove parking lot with great windows that overlook the park and face the Sherwins and Mammoth Mountain. Wonderful views if that is your thing, but also so easy to walk to Vons, Mammoth Tavern, or a nice stroll on the McGee Creek path. I liked the balance of being located near the hustle and bustle of the town, but still enjoying the views. We walked to the park with our daughter several times, which was also nice. The layout of the condo is great and comfortably accommodated 6 adults. It could sleep more, but bathrooms might be a little tight since there are only 2. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the gadgets you would need and a few odd spices, etc. My only complaint is that the condo is a little dated -- while some updates have been made like the laminate wood flooring, the kitchen and bathrooms could definitely use a refresh. I also think the "cabiny" feel could be improved by taking down the old, dated paneling. Most of the furniture was very comfortable, but a few pieces could be inexpensively updated (coffee table, card table, sofa in sunroom) and the overall feel would be greatly improved. We had a great stay and would consider renting here again. If the suggested updates were made, we would definitely rent again.

  Check in/check out was a breeze, just grab your keys and parking permit at the office, and drop off the keys at the drop off box at the same place. The office is only 2 minutes from the cabin, and there's a Vons right across the street which is a plus if you need to stock up any food/drinks/essentials. Plenty of food nearby as well. 10-15 minutes up to the mountain. The house was 2-story, the only down side is the kitchen and living room are located upstairs, so you need to climb up a stair to bring the food/drinks up. The kitchen, bath, and rooms are all fully equipped and very clean. There're three rooms and two bathrooms, so it's perfect size for a party of 8. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Although there're two bathrooms,we would suggest not to take shower at the same time because hot water is not enough for two showers. So just take turn! We received wrong information in our email regarding to parking arrangement. It says "two assigned parking spots are located in a parking garage numbered #105"; however, we could not find any parking garage in the complex nor any numbered spots. We called the office immediately and figured out the information was incorrect. We just park in front of the house. Overall, the rental experience was better than what we expected. I would recommend this property!

  Stayed here for two nights with a group of 8 for a ski/snowboarding trip.
  
  This rental met all our expectations. It was in a very convenient location, close to the shuttle stops and Vons. The place was large, warm, and well furnished, and all 8 people slept comfortably.
  
  The kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans for cooking and plates/utensils for eating.

  We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Mostly we loved the view, and we spent several hours one day just watching our kids play outside in the snow with a mountain view behind them. While the property was clean and well stocked, the furniture and carpets are pretty old and worn out which you cannot tell from the photos. The top bunk bed did not have a rail, which for my small children meant that none could sleep in it. Luckily we didn't need the 8th bed.

  Very simple rental transaction. Thorough in all communications with rental agency. You will be satisfied with the accommodations. Although the beds are a bit firm, but then again you may expect that from a rental. Super convenient to all the action in downtown Mammoth Lakes.

  It was very pleasant in general for me and my guest to stay in the 2storyCondo Chateau Blanc Unit #25 the view was spectacular, we all do love nature and it was perfect for us Also the amenities and the comfort of the residence in general can easily be recommend to everyone without hesitation.   My friends and I had a great stay here, was an excellent value for 8 people.
  
  Pros
  -Real woodburning fireplace in living room!
  -Big 2 floor layout, very comfortable. Easily houses 8 people.
  -Convenient to the mountain
  -Clean and well maintained with everything you need to cook, plenty of towels, blankets, etc.
  -Excellent value for the money
  
  Cons
  -Beds (especially singles) are older and quite uncomfortable
  -Hot tub wasn't working properly during our stay
  
  I'd still stay here again on a trip to Mammoth if the price is right!

  Overal great place to stay. Great view of the mountains and close to the hot tub. Great fireplace and living room set up also! One of the two showers didn't work which was a bummer with 8 people, but other than that it was nice
